| I stayed in the Villa over Spring Break '09, and we had a wonderful time. The home was spacious and located in a very central area that wasn't far from attractions(apprx. 15 minutes). Mary was great to work with! I would stay here again anytime! |

| What a great place to stay! The location was great for getting to Disney, there is a grocery store not far away, the home was beautiful big with plenty of room for everyone. Even the towels and bath mats were super. The owner was great to work with and we were returned our deposit quickly. I only wish we had stayed longer. |

We had a wonderful time staying here over the New Years weekend. The house was everything we expected and was convient to all the attractions. We look forward to staying here again the next time we visit Orlando.

We enjoyed the "entire" house daily!!!
The large rooms, kitchen, and the Pool!
Outstanding pool which was very private and with 2 kids...very fun!
We recommend this house for anyone going to Disney(15min) or Universal(only 25min.). Don't worry about the form of payment..we were leary at first...but not to worry...everything is legit and great. Enjoy!

| This is the second year in a row that we have stayed in Colin & Mary's beautiful, serene home in Florida with our children and extended families. Each time we have stayed for a month and each time have been hesitant to leave! We love the house for many reasons but mostly because it is a well maintained, large open home which is well kept and within a quick driving distance to anywhere in Florida you want to go! Restaurants, Disney, Seaworld, Cypress Gardens, shopping and amenities are all within 5-30 min. There is a park at the end of the street and lots of beautiful walking streets around the home. We love the heated pool and outside area that extends off of the family room. You can be in the kitchen watching the happenings in the pool. The master suite is lovely with a large ensuite attached including sunken tub and glass shower. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to get away from the everyday, relax and enjoy a peaceful setting while still being able to be a tourist if you choose! |

As a base for Disney, or outlet shopping around Orlando, we found Mary and Colin's home in Westridge a great location - just come and go from Disney by the US27 and I4, and avoid altogether the traffic light forest that is the US192 (though it's usually clear in time for dinner - it is the restaurant strip after all).
The house was clean, cool (very important) and really spacious, and the pool was great for the kids, and allowed the adults cool down in between sun-bathing sessions!

| The villa is very comfortable and is well equipped with everything you need for a great holiday including the fantastic pool area.The villa is on a quiet residential estate, it is 15-20 minutes to disney and attractions.We would strongly recommend this villa and hope to return next year. |

| We had the best vacation ever in Orlando. The villa was in a great location. Plently of restaurants,parks, shopping,gas, etc. The standard of cleaning was what you always expect when you are away from home, but never find. I would and have recommend this villa to anyone and all of my friends. |

| This is a beautiful home and having stayed in a few different rental properties in the Central Florida area, I found this one to be the best. The kitchen was very well equipped for those who don't want to eat out, everything you will need is available. The location is extremely convenient. Colin & Mary were wonderful to deal with, you can't go wrong!!! |

| We spent 5 days in this lovely Florida villa - it was just two of us - down for 5 days of golf and even though the villa was meant for a larger group - we really enjoyed our stay in it. Very nicely furnished - the master bedding was very comfortable. Plenty of places to eat fairly closeby - and we had all the info we needed to find grocery, drugstores, etc. from the homeowners. I would not hesitate to rent this villa in the future. |

| Our grown up children and us all met at the villa for Christmas. It was a wonderful experience. I would never stay in a hotel again. This was so much more home like and delightful for a family. Beautiful home and heated pool! |

| We stayed in the villa for a week in October 2005 whilst taking refuge as Hurricane Wilma pounded Manrco Island. The villa was immaculately presented, well equipped and in a very convenient location. The service provided by the owners and the their local agents was first class. We have stayed in many villas in Florida over the last 15 years and gladly recommend them to everyone. |

We had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful home in July and August 2005. The property was immaculate and frankly if we were the owners, we'd be living in Florida!
The "den" (equipped with TV and comfy slouch chairs,located off one of the twin bedrooms) was a cool haven for the kids after sunny hours at the pool. The whole house had a bright airy feel about it and it was thoughtfully equipped, so we were able to make ourselves right at home. We visited all the parks and still had days to relax. It was terribly nice of NASA to delay the shuttle launch for us and we managed to get down to cocoa beach to see it and then spend the day chasing the waves. Kenny also managed a game of Golf at Highland Reserve (5 mins from the house)which he loved.The whole holiday was really memorable and we will certainly recommend others.I'm sure we'll be back for another visit.

August 2005...What a wonderful holiday!
We had three excellent weeks in this beautiful villa.
What a lovely home lots of space very clean and comfortable and the pool was fantastic!
Close to Disney yet peaceful after a long day at the parks.
I would recommend this villa to family and friends and would love to stay again.

We stayed at this lovely vacation home for the month of February, 2005; however, even after a month we were reluctant to leave. We were so busy with all of the activities in the area that we did not have enough time to fully enjoy the well-maintained house and pool.
This was our first experience with a rental for this length of time. The owner helped to make it a wonderful experience by making the booking process so easy and by offering good advice about purchasing tickets to attractions, restaurants, shopping, and giving directions to get to these places.

We spent two delightful weeks in the villa. The facilities top rate, spacious, clean and comfortable. With the children in particular enjoying the pool.
You are only a few minutes drive from the local amenities which serve all your needs.
We would not hesitate in recommending the Villa to friends and family and hope to be back at some point in the near future ourselves.
In conclusion, a true home from home. |

| We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at this lovely villa which is situated within a well maintained community. It was so good to return in the evening to what was truly a home from home. In fact some days we didn't even leave it but lay by the pool which gets the sun from early morning until the last rays at night. If you happen to be up at 7.00am the hot air balloons leave from behind the house and they are low enough to say good morning to the 'flyers'. Publix and Walgreen are close at hand and provide everything you will need. Eating places are also in abundance our favourites being the Outback, FGI Fridays and the Oak Pit - not forgetting Shoneys for the ultimate breakfast. I'd like to thank Mary Hume for all her help and the useful information she provided and wish anyone staying here a good holiday. |

| My family and I stayed two weeks at this villa towards the end of May. I have to say I would find it hard to go back to a hotel holiday in the future having stayed in such luxurious accomodation.I found it spotless on our arrival and it really is as nice as the photos on this site suggest. I could barely keep my daughter out of the swimming pool. The villa was easy to find, even for a person like myself with no sense of direction, and is well placed for all the attractions. |

We stayed for two weeks from x-mas 2002 in this attractive villa and loved every moment. It is conveniently located from all major attractions yet quiet and private enough to enjoy the sunshine out on the pooldeck. The garden,facing south, is not fenced in so you have a nice, open view of the surrounding lawns. The house has plenty of sleeping space to suite even big families and is well equipped and maintained. My contact with Mary Hume has been very pleasant and she has proven very helpful with suggestions and referrals. Arrangements went very smooth right from the rental agreement to the restitution of security deposit.We recommend this villa to anyone looking to stay in the Orlando area.

| We spent nearly three weeksin this very comfortable and spacious villa. It offers everything you can wish for, plus and excellent swimming pool. The weather in January was dry and sunny every day, cooler at night. The house was warm throughout and the heating worked very well when needed. Disneyland is about 20 minutes away and all places of interest are easy to visit by car.3 |

| We stayed in this new house when we went to Disney World. The house is very clean, beautifully decorated and spacious. The pool is wonderful! This is a great residence to stay in if you have a large family and want to relax after a hectic day at Disney. (It would be a great place for a family reunion) We would stay there again if we ever visit Orlando. |

As soon as we stepped through the front door, my family knew that this villa was something special. Everything about it was luxurious - from the deep pile carpets, deep-cushioned chairs and sofas, to the huge on-suite bathroom.
The villa was spotlessly clean with everything provided that you could possibly need.
There was plenty of space for everyone to do 'their own thing' - two large sitting rooms, large bedrooms and a large pool area.
PS The photos on the Internet do not do this villa justice - it is much, much better. Incredible value. |

| I stayed in the villa for one week last month with my partner and two friends. The accomodation is fantastic, as is the pool. En-suite bathroom to the main bedroom is huge and the furnishings throughout the villa are luxurious, clean and comfortable. Disney and Sea World are close by, with Universal just a little further up I-4. Highly recommended. |

I recently spent one week at our villa. During that time I replaced all the bedding, towels, bathmats and kitchen utensils. There is a new electric kettle, TV, DVD,& video. Also box games, DVDs & videos to enjoy.
When I left, the villa looked superb. I had a wonderful time in the Florida sunshine & the comfort of the villa. I hope many others can enjoy it too. it is certainly worth a visit.
