We stayed at this beautiful townhouse over spring break 2009. I was a bit concerned that it would not be in a convenient location, but was I ever wrong. It was the perfect distance from the main strip and beach. Everything we needed was easily within walking distance. The townhouse was so nice, though, it was tempting to never leave. The rooftop terrace is perfect for sunning, the balcony has a great view, and everything we could have needed was available. We will definately try to rent Gia's place again whenever we visit the area!

| We absolutely LOVED the condo and the location was superb! Gia is wonderful to work with and we will certainly be back. You cannot go wrong, a definite cream puff and great value! |

| Our family stayed at Gia's beautiful house Nov, 2008. We were lucky to have the house since someone cancelled. The house was best located and extremely well furnished and decorated. Next time we come back to Clearwater Beach, the first place we will check for will be her house.Our stay was nothing but a 5-Star. Thanks Gia. |

| Spring on Cape Cod is rarely something to write home about. For several years now, Darnell and I like to jump start our summer with a vacation on Clearwater Beach as soon as the school year ends. This year we spent our time at Gia's condo and had our best vacation yet. The condo and its setting on the water were beautiful. Being close to the beach, the harbor, and downtown, it met all of our needs. When we arrived we were met by Gia and were personally shown all of the condo's features. Our time there was so relaxing. An unexpected plus was our view of the Fourth of July fireworks from the rooftop deck. When it came time to leave, Darnell and I tried to figure out what we had done for the two weeks plus that we spent at the beach. I think we came up with three or four things: the rest of our time was spent lounging around the condo, its pool, or walking on the beach. It truly was the best vacation that we have had, and so much of that was due to the comfort of the condo and Gia's hospitality. Our hope is to return next year; again around the Fourth of July. Gia, thanks for everything. We had a wonderful time. |

| My family stayed at this beautiful townhouse last March. We had great weather and were able to enjoy the pool and rooftop deck which had a wonderful view. There were three generations staying with us and there was something for everyone. You could not ask for nicer accomodations and Gia was so friendly and thoughtful. | When we arrived in Clearwater in February and met Gia at the townhouse I told her she was going to have to "throw me out" as I knew at that moment that I would not want to leave! The townhouse was beyond my expectations and was so beautifully decorated and furnished. Upon entering the unit the view of the waterway was just breathtaking.Sitting on the balcony in the morning having breakfast,or later with a drink, watching the boats pass by was life at its relaxing best! Living in this townhouse was like being at home. There wasn't anything we needed that Gia did not have available for us. Everything was perfect! The views from the rooftop were gorgeous day and night. Living on the waterway and such close proximity to the beach was perfect for us. Gia, the owner, was fantastic to work with. She and I had spoken on the phone so many times that I felt we were friends when we met at the townhouse. She continued to make us feel like we were her house guests and not just renters. We all hated to leave when our two weeks were over but we knew we would definitely come back again next year! I would highly recommend this townhouse! |

| My family and I (a party of 7) stayed in this stunning condo the first week of June. What a beautiful place that Gia has and it includes all the amenities – it was very much like being at home. The place was very nicely decorated and is very spacious. Even with a toddler in the house we didn’t feel cramped. The location was perfect - just 2.5 blocks from the beach and there was plenty to do in the surrounding area. Gia, the owner, was a pleasure to work with and made the process extremely easy. We will definitely rent again from her. Thanks for making our vacation spectacular and sharing your beautiful home with us. The pictures don’t do this place justice. I have already recommended it to my friends. |

| My family and I stayed in this four-floored townhome the first week of April. We were really lucky to get it as there was a last minute cancelation. We have been vacationing in the Clearwater beach area for more than 20 years and this is by far the best vacation we've ever had.This townhome is SOOO beautiful!!! The pictures of it do not come close to doing it justice. The views from the rooftop and the balcony are breathtaking. Everything inside is brand new and the owners spared no expense in decotating it and furnishing it. I am a very picky houseguest and I am even amazed that I wanted for NOTHING!! My whole family fit in with room to spare...and we all agree that this is the best vacation rental we had the pleasure of finding. |
