We just returned from a fantastic week at Lazo's Pad. The unit was larger than expected and extremely functional. The decor was up to date and the unit was very clean. The kitchen was especially large and impressive. We stayed with our two boys in the second bedroom and found the layout, design and amenities to be outstanding. Our main objective was to find a place that was clean and functional and Lazo's Pad exceeded our expectations. Having the living space on the second floor is very nice and allowed our car to be parked underneath in the shade. The back yard was very clean, the dock was in great shape and we found it very relaxing to hang out there in the early morning while the boys fished. KCB is great community as well. It is clean and quaint. It is a great place to go for a walk or spend some time at the beach club having a drink and going for a swim. We rented a boat for 3 days and found the location to be outstanding. In less than 5 minutes you are in Vaca Cut with direct access to either the Gulf side or Ocean side. The wind was blowing strong out of the SE the first few days so we stuck tight to the keys on the bay side and made the easy run to the 7 mile bridge and Bahia Honda bridge to fish. When the wind layed down we hit some patch reefs on the Ocean side and made the run to Sombrero reef to snorkel as well. The fishing was outstanding. I had quite a workout keeping my 7 & 9 year old son's hooks baited with live shrimp! The catch was a real grab bag with several limit grouper giving the boys all they could handle. Several huge Tarpon exploded in our chumline which also added to the excitement. A great experience for the children as we saw shark, stingray, mantaray, sea turtles and dolphin all from our boat.
I would highly recommend Lazo's Pad to anyone based on it's condition, layout, ammenities and location!

Olga, I just wanted to say Thank you oh so much for letting us rent your home for our vacation, we were there for 9 days. Even tho the first couple of days was a little to be desired, we still made due with the weather.
During our vacation there we caught some Hog fish, Grouper, Spanish Mackeral and about 30 lobsters. Thanks for the perfect location for the score of all of these.
We all enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere that your place has to offer, we did try out some of the restaurants that you had in the drawer and found that the Keys Fishery was pretty AWESOME. We also tried the Marathon Pizza and recommend the pizza, it had a bunch of flavor and not TOTALLY loaded with cheese.
We all slept comfortably at the house, along with the comfortable beds of having it in the North/South direction helps gives everyone a more peaceful rest.
We like very much the idea of having the kitchen to try out some of our gourmet cooking. In our circle of friends we love trying out new things in cooking. You had the perfect set up that none of us where in each others way.
Thanks again for a Great Time and a Great Vacation. We will keep you in mind for next year. I will keep in mind that you can have 6 people at the house.
You guys are the envy of us, we enjoy every time we come to the keys and its nice that people like you are willing to open up your home for people like us to be able to enjoy what you guys see everyday.

This property is one of the best kept and maintained on the street. The location is excellent. We had a great one week vacation. We caught 7 nice dolphin, most less than 10 miles out.
Had a nice tuna inhaled by a sea monster in 450 ft of water, a real fish tale, fortunately it never came near the surface or the boat or followed us back to the "Keys Pad". |

| My wife and I were extremely pleased with everything at this exquisite keys pad. The home and decor both inside and out were beautiful. The central location of the home makes it possible to get anywhere in the keys in an hour which was convenient, however Key Colony Beach was our favorite hangout in the entire keys. We will be back again with friends next time! Thanks for everything. |

Olga,
I just wanted to send a quick note to let you know that we had a wonderful time at your home on Marathon. The unit is beautiful and I don't believe I could have found a better place to get some rest and relaxation. While our fishing efforts did not produce much, we had an absolutely fantastic time snorkeling the reefs, especially Sombrero Lighthouse. My 4 year old nephew loved the beach at the Cabana Club and Key West was an easy drive for a day of shopping and sightseeing, particularly the Hemmingway House. My family is already talking about next year, that is if I don't decide to move to the Keys myself. There does not seem to be a whole lot of law offices on Marathon or the Keys. Well, you never know! Anyway, thanks again for everything.

| We had a "wonderful" time in your beautiful keys home. The amenities were spectacular. I love the fish decor. We truly enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and watching the sunset. We look forward to making a lot of memories in your keys pad. |
