| Dear Peter and Eve, Thank you very kindly for your gracious hospitality. The condo was not only beautifully furnished/decorated but also well-stocked (i.e. paper towels, beach towels, toiletries, grilling tools, laundry sundries). The attention to detail was readily noticeable in the amenities (e.g. large cable tv with dvd selections, bbq grill on balcony, outdoor fireplace with seating, books & magazines, wifi internet). The pristine oceanview invigorated us every morning, and the sound of the waves crashing lulled the family to sleep in the evenings. Furthermore, the walk to Doheny Beach allowed us to traverse and explore the SoCal terrain while giving us a good 20-25 min cardio workout. In addition, the proximity of the condo to the I-5 was highly convenient. We could reach Irvine in 20-25min, Anaheim in 30-35min, and L.A. in about 1hr. Our New Yorker tendency would have liked a faster broadband connection, but we learned to disengage and chilled like a true Californian in your zen-like abode. Dear Peter and Eve,
As you know ours story was a little different. We came to the Dana Point area to work at a convention and decided that a condo rental might be better than staying at a ho-hum hotel for so many days. I and two others worked long days and had the privilege to come “home” to your fantastic place. If you have ever had a job that requires weeks of travel, you know how homesick you can get, but your home was so comfortable that we settled in as if it were at home.
I was skeptical that the pictures on VRBO were of a model home but in fact it was yours. First class amenities, very comfortable beds and the little touches made all the difference. We travel a lot for work and have stayed in vacation rentals before but all of the extras that you provide REALLY made the difference. I have stayed in places where the first thing you have to do is buy toilet paper and towels. Everything we could ever want or need was provided except for food - right down to tons of towels, hand soap, and blow dryers. I know that laundry soap and hangers doesn’t seem like a big deal but when you expecting to buy them and don’t have to, it is a very pleasant surprise. You really know how to make someone feel at home and we will definitely recommend your place if we get the chance. P.S. We enjoyed the view of the ocean every single day.

We totally enjoyed ourselves and time spent at you wonderful exquisitely decorated condo. Everything was just as your web site portrayed and more. Living at the beach is now something I have set my sights on as I remember sitting on your large open deck watching the sun set and the ocean wave’s crash upon the shore, your view is absolutely the best anyone could ask for. Your weather conditions are most favorable considering the rest of So. California was experiencing triple digits conditions during our stay but we never once gave it a thought. We also visited your club house swimming pool and were equally impressed with that facility as well. Without a doubt we are looking forward to staying at your place during our next visit to the area, thank you.

Chosing holidays on the net is not easy. In your house, we found everything we expected : beautiful decoration, comfortable bedding, complete audio & video systems, wifi and all usefull appliances. The view is amazing and we enjoyed it every day.

Our family loved your condo. Everything was just the way you had mentioned on your website. We loved the ocean view and sitting outside with the fireplace on. The little details in the 'soft close drawers' in the kitchen and having wireless internet made our stay most comfortable. We hope to return again next year.
