| Kevin i liked your condo only issue was the water leak from the unit above. Maintenance was fixing it and when i checked out i wanted to pay cash for my stay and the person at the front desk it was early in the morning around 6 a.m. was asleep when i was checking out didn't seem alert and i gave up trying to pay cash because she didn't get it. Anyway i will use you again in the future. Thanks Greg |

Thank you. I apologise for the problems you encountered. Unfortunately the upstairs unit had a leak which was beyond my control. I passed on your comments regarding the reception desk experience and the matter has been dealt with by the senior manager. Pleased you enjoyed your stay and do come again.

I had a lovely stay in this apartment, it was very well furnished with every thing needed from CD player to ironing board!
Very convenient location for Disney and other parts of the area. |

| We enjoyed our stay in this condo for a month. It was a very convenient location for visiting Disney and all the things we like to do in central Florida, i.e.: Celebration, bike & walking trails, Tiger games and much more. |

We enjoyed our time at Bahama Bay. The pools,
clubhouse, unit, walks, grounds....all very nice. The

| I stayed from 8/9 to 8/16 and was really impressed with the condo and reset. Everything was very clean. (Important to me.)The grounds were well kept and the office staff were professional. We were close to everything and far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle. I would definitely stay again. |

The condo was spacious, clean and comfortable. Why not provide basic supplies to last the holiday, such as toilet rolls, washing up liquid and rubbish bags, as you can only buy quantities that are much more than needed for a holiday?
Check-in was chaotic. We were sent to the wrong condo twice, once with unactivated keys, then the receptionist laughed when he realised. Not funny at 9pm, when travelling since 4am.
Resort beautifully maintained and well appointed. Could do with traffic lights at junction with I-27. |

I apologise for the check-in. Your matter has been reported and will be dealt with firmly. The basic essentials are always supplied and there should be a minimum of at least a week. It is difficult to arrange for the duration due to varying lengths of stay. However, with notice we can arrange extra cleaning and supplies throughout your stay. | I stayed at this resort with my 2 1/2 year old daughter and my 67 year old father. We all really enjoyed ourselves! The condo was very nice and clean and spacious. The resort was very relaxing. Very kid friendly and peaceful. We were in a very nice neighbourhood, close shopping and especially Disney; very easy to get to. I would definitely stay here again! |

| My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely and most comfortable home. All the right furnishings and accessories were provided for our use. We enjoyed walking throughout the area and trails. Very pretty settings. |
