It has been four months since our 5-night stay at Casa Melodia, and my husband and I can't stop talking about it. After visiting four cities in Mexico, coming to Casa Melodia was like coming home. The apartment is so cheery and beautifully decorated. The owners have thought of everything and include information on their favorite restaurants in every price range, so you can feel like a local. They also provide a local shopping guide, which helps in avoiding some of the tourist traps. We can't wait to go back again. |

| We enjoyed our stay very much! The unit is nicely decorated & attention is given to details to make you feel just like you are home. Our experience at this unit was enjoyable. The cobblestone streets added to our Mexican Experience! Thanks so much! |

| Like a home away from home. Definately the most relaxing place we stayed in Mexico compared to all the hotels. Even our dog was more relaxed there. Pam wasn't even going to take renters while she was getting the house repainted, but warmly took us in when we couldn't find another place for us and our service dog. Decorated colorfully but not tacky, the place was bigger than our apartment in St.Croix! Pam refilled the dipping pool for us (which we gladly used) and her small library on Mexico helped us figure out the rest of our 3 week trip. Also, her restaurant recommendations helped us find one of the best meals we've had, but at half the price, at the Back Alley Grill. Thank you for making our stay in PV, Pam! |

| My two teenage daughters and I stayed at Casa Melodia in Gringo Gulch for spring break 2008 and it was the perfect place for us. The location is beautiful and convenient -- we walked everywhere. You can walk a very short ways to catch a taxi or local bus if you want to travel up or down the coast. The apartment is roomy, pretty, and has all conveniences. The first night we wondered if night noises would be a problem because the rooms are all open-air and we're accustomed to utter silence in our midwestern suburban neighborhood. In fact, the far-off strains of music and laughter as well as the occasional rooster cry and donkey bray were a marvelous lullaby and we never slept better. The apartment owners are knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. We look forward to returning to Casa Melodia soon. |
