| Cathy thanks for sharing your home with us outside of Geyserville. Pictures do not do justice to the spectacular view. The house was great and the kitchen is absolutely wonderful as was the entire trip and Sonoma Valley experience for us. What a great place to relax, eat, drink and be merry |

| We enjoyed a six person 2nd annual ladies trip to wine country at this beautiful home in Geyersville. The home is perfectly located to enjoy northern Sonoma vineyards (some of the best in CA) and a short drive to Healdsburg. The home is spacious, well equipped for any cooking/baking and has huge picture windows in every room that look out to the outstanding views of rolling hills. I purposfully woke up each morning prior to sunrise to enjoy a cup of coffee while watching a fantastic sunrise over the hills. I highly recommend this home for any vacation to the area!! |

| We rented out this beautiful home for the weekend of my sister's bachelorette party. It surpassed all of our expectations. The house was more than comfortable to accommodate all twelve of us ladies, very clean, beautiful and well equipped for all of our needs. The drive to the home through the beautiful vineyards of geyserville is reason enough for a stay. There was a beautiful scenic backyard with wooden deck and day beds and a orchard. All of the ladies agreed that a return to this home is most certain in our future. Thank you Cathy for opening your home to us! |

| 10 of us spent a wonderful weekend at this gorgeous home. The layout of the house is perfect, everyone has their privacy. We spent hours enjoying the sun on the deck, overlooking the wonderful view of the mountains. The open kitchen and dining area is another wonderful gathering place of us all. The owner is especially helpful and responsive in giving us suggestions to local restaurants and other local tips. This is a great find! We will definitely be back! |

thank you for sharing your terrific house. everyone
loved it, and it couldn't have worked out better for
the family reunion. the family was so impressed by
your property and the view of the hills. we spent
most every evening out on the deck mesmerized by
the sky full of stars. no moon or clouds, so it was
amazing. the house, also, is so beautiful and nicely
laid out. and to be able to accommodate everyone
like that and fix meals in the wonderful kitchen and
dining room. your place really played a key role in
the success of our reunion. thank you so very

| We had a wonderful time at the house. The weather was perfect so we spent several hours on the deck outside. The late check out on Sunday really made the weekend extra enjoyable. Everyone in the party commented on what a great location and house it was and how they want to come back. I will be sure to save your information for when one of us wants to come back. My husband said it was possibly the best time he ever had. It really made his 40th special. |

| Our stay was one of the best I have had in wine country. The lay out and number of beds not only fit our large birthday group, but most folks had privacy as well. Several of our party talked of coming back. The next week at least 4 people mentioned wanting to be back on the wonderful day beds on the porch over looking the hills. We spent at least 3 hours on Sunday all sitting on the porch enjoying the sun, comfortable seating, umbrellas and glasses of wine. The kitchen made for a great time preparing a large meal for the 10 of us. It was private and beautiful, yet comfortable and large. We can't wait to come back! |

| This home was perfect for our larger group. There's plenty of space, a large table for having our dinner, a cozy living room for our evening coversations and you can't beat the view of the wine country. Not to mention that because we visited in the spring we picked our own oranges and lemons from the trees right off the deck. We've rented several properties in the area, and this rates right up there with the best of them. We would use this house again without question! |

I've stayed at this Geyserville house many times and find it to be idyllic. The grounds are stunning -- quiet and vast, complete with a lovely view of a small valley which changes with the movement of the sun. Even in fog, it's breathtaking. The house is amply large to allow for quiet spaces, but constructed in such a way that a crowd can gather comfortably for meals, cocktails and, most likely, wine. It is clean and comfortable and comes with more than the comforts of my own home. Perfect for lounging and reading, the large deck is also a great gathering spot.
I've been in summer and early spring. Both were a sensory splendor.
Anyone who is interested in Northern California wine production will be in heaven here. The surrounding vineyards offer spectacular scenery and many serve equally lovely wines.
One cautionary note: the wine country may not be great fun for kids. Still, in the right weather, this home offers access to a private lake, where the swimming and playing are great.
I'll go back to this house, I know. It's a winner. |

An amazing property for a weekend get away or a relaxed week's vacation in wine country.
This home has all amenities key to having a relaxed time during your vacation.
Gourmet kitchen, tasteful decor, plenty of sleeping arrangements, and awesome views from all windows.
The house has a deck that spans the whole back side of the property and is the perfect location to just unwind and read your favorite trashy magazine or best seller.
Very close to Healdsburg and many, many amazing restaurants and wineries.
Also, the center of Geyserville has this amazing Italian restaurant, Sante, that is worth leaving the house for.

With a large, fully equipped modern kitchen, spacious bedrooms, tasteful furnishings and incredible views, this house exceeded our expectations in every way. It is clear that a lot of thought and care went into this home and it shows - from the quality of the fixtures, the beautiful artwork, the elegant furnishings, the openness of the layout and the lovely landscaping. It is the perfect home for entertaining and for relaxing. My wife and I would highly recommend this property. |

| If you are interested in spending a wonderful week in an immaculate, stylish home in a spectacular setting - this is the place to stay! We have been fortunate enough to stay at this lovely home for one week at a time for the past two years and have now made it somewhat of a family tradition. The quality of the furnishings and finishes are top notch and the beautiful lay out of the space makes it a terrific home for multiple families. There is plenty of both indoor and outdoor space with spectacular views, a well-kept large level lawn and tons of activities nearby for every age group. Our two children love being about to romp around the property, explore the hiking trails and take trips to the nearby lake. My husband and I have been equally as entertained with the close proximity to world class restaurants, wineries and quaint shopping areas. We also love just lounging on the deck, reading our books and taking in the views. We highly recommend this vacation home! |
