From the moment we walked in the door and saw the white kitchen and nautical living room area …..it was a breath of fresh air. The four of us thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. So often the beds have been uncomfortable especially in the 2nd bedroom, but not at your place. We both have back issues and it was our turn to take the “little” room and we were very comfortable. The pool was so very refreshing at the end of our day at the beach. The walk to the beach and shopping/restaurants was so convenient. We felt very safe in your place since you needed access to the building. Of our five years of beach vacations, you win the prize!!! Also, it was such a nice touch to have a welcome basket (lighthouse). Thank you so very much for sharing your home with us.
I believe we will be getting in touch with you to book for next year. This was our first year at Hilton Head and we definitely want to return. I’m ready NOW!!!!

| What a beautiful place to stay. This place was cozy, well equipped, clean and nicely decorated. Nice view of the beach from the balcony. Nice size pool area which is a hop, skip and a jump away from the condo. The owners were so nice and accommodating. They gave us great ideas on what to do as far as activities and dining. This condo is walking distance from dining and activities. We had a great time and would stay here again. Thanks for making our stay an enjoyable one. |

A great place to stay! It was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and well equipped. There is a great view from the balcony and you are close enough to hear the surf. Having a pool was a nice plus and the beach is one of the cleanest I have seen. The condo is close enough to shopping and restaurants that you wouldn't have to get in your car all week if you so desired. The owner was very responsive and the rental process easy!

| I loved the nautical theme. The condo accommodated our party of five just perfectly. The beautiful sandy beach is just right there. Shopping and restaurants are just a very short walk away. |

Morning sunrise walks on the fantastic beach, then coffee on the balcony, clean, bright, comfortable, well equipped, very comfortable beds, and convenient to everything. What else can you possibly want? This is a fantastic place for a vacation getaway! |

| This is a wonderful place to stay in Hilton Head. The adjacent beech is beautiful! The villa is very bright and clean and has everything to make your stay care-free. I hope to get back there soon! |

| Wow! What a fantastic place! We had such a great time. The condo was very clean and well decorated with many amenities. The nautical theme was great with a nice, bright feel. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes, and cookware. This place was right on the beach which was the cleanest beach I've ever seen! The complex was centrally located on the island with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Our favorite restaurant and T-shirt shop was just across the road within walking distance. This was our favorite place and we plan to come back again and again! |

| Vacationing here has been absolutely splendid. The condo lacks nothing and now with the renovation it's even more charming. The children loved the surf and sand (& pool), and when the dolphins cruised by they requested one for a pet. It was nice not to have to use the car to go anywhere (especially after a road trip), as all amenities are within walking distance. Once you've been subjected to watching bright white sail boats flash in the sun I suggest drifing down to Harbor Town to see them up close. If your spouse will let you part with the 401(k) to buy one then do so before she changes her mind. I wasn't quick enough but we'll be back. |

| We have been coming to Hilton Head for the past 15 yrs and have truly enjoyed the condo each time. The recent renovation that has been done, with the upgrades, made the week even more enjoyable. (love what you have done with the balcony - it was so nice to sit out there and take in the view!) Can't wait until the next time we can visit "A Place at the Beach!" |
