We rented this townhome at Vista Cay April, 2008. It's location to Disney World, Universal Studios and Orlando Intl. airport was very handy.
Edgar is a pleasure to deal with and made sure everything was taken care of for our stay. The clubhouse and pool are very nice!
The unit could use clocks in the bedrooms and living room.

| We stayed in the beautiful 2100sq ft condo from 4/7-4/14. Everything about this unit is 5 star. Having both my wife and myself travel for our jobs, we are used to first class accomodtions. This unit met all our needs. It was spacious, well decorated and best of all the owners were really pleasure to deal with. Whether you have a large family(like us) or a business traveler, there is no better place to stay. |

What a wonderful place to stay !!!
It was nice, clean, spacious, and
convenient to everywhere.
The club house, move theater, pool were
very nice also. We LOVED the place.
Our agent Edgar was very nice and helpful.

We really loved the condo. It was immaculate, and well appointed. We were very happy with the proximity to Disney World. We enjoyed the pool.
I would recommend adding a footstool for children, washclothes, a few packets of coffee, creamer, sugar, and small packets of laundry powder for those who don't want to those things while travelling for just a few days. It would also be a nice convenience to keep a pack n play in one of the closets so the renter does not have to wait for Edgar to personally drop it off -- in our case, that was a disaster -- a truly horrible experience. Everything else about our stay was very nice. |

We LOVED this condo! It was so spacious and
beautifully decorated, we wanted to move in
permanently! Our children (4 & 1) loved it too. The
pool was fabulous and the proximity to the airport
and Disney was perfect.
Edgar was very kind and generous, even drove us
to Wal-mart at 11:30pm! If we return, we'll
definitely stay here again. |

| As a very selective consumer and guest, I must say I was very impressed with our stay at Vista Cay. The directions to the condo were easy (exactly indicated as the directions stated.) Upon arrival, we were greeted by Edgar. He personally walked us to the condo and even gave us a tour of the condo. What a spacious condo! I have stayed in several condos, but this condo was immaculate. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay as well as a better person to assist us like Edgar did. He extended his invitation to assist us in any way he could in terms of finding places in the area. We will visit Orlando again next year. I will definitely stay at this condo again and I hope Edgar is still there. It's really hard to find people like Edgar to extends himself the way he did to satisfy and make his guests feel comfortable. |

| Location was everything. Universal Studios is on the same road wihtout getting onto I4 ...just 2 miles down. The condo was very clean and decorated very nice. The different floors allowed more privacy. I will stay here again while visiting Orlando. Owner was very pleasant as well and very accommodating while checking in on our arrival date. Loved it. |

Really liked the location. Just minutes to Sea World and Universal. Easy drive from the airport.
The unit itself is very new. Edgar was very helpful. Very comfortable beds. Having a washer and dryer was great. Everyone loved the pool and rec area.

| We stayed 4 nights in the townhouse at Vista Cay in early March. This was truly a beautiful place to stay. Three floors, three bedrooms and three and a half baths. The townhouse was new, and had everything you might need. The rate was reasonable and the pool area was perfect. We enjoyed this property and will be sure to return. |

| We arrived March 18th just in time to miss 15" of snow in Wisconsin! The condo was beautiful. Three bedrooms, big living room and kitchen and even a foose ball table! Very close to the pool and very quiet building. This is our second year at Vista Cay and we love it. Not so crazy as the hotel zone on International Drive yet close to Universal and everything else. Edgar was very helpful. Upon arrival, he even personally escorted us to our condo - at 11:3oPM. Only wish we could have stayed another week but will be back next year. Thanks for adding to our wonderful vacation! |

Thank you for arranging my stay in the townhouse at Vista Cay and the property information & tour. The townhouse was beautiful and our stay was perfect. The property was well built and well maitained, with a great clubhouse and location. I loved the upgraded condo near the clubhouse and very seriously considered buying it.
Thank you again for your help and education on the Vista Cay area. I still feel that it is a very "up and coming" area, with so many high-end hotels and the convention centre, not to mention the proximity to the airport. I will definately take another look at it in the future. Please keep me updated on any new buyer incentive programs they may have.

| Wow! What in incredible deal! With two kids, the place was perfect. It was essentially a brand new townhome, incredibly spacious and clean. We have stayed in Orlando countless times and this excursion was by far the most enjoyable as far as accommodations are concerned. Even the best hotels cannot match the comfort of so much space. The location was perfect. Our property manager was an absolute gem. He genuinely cared about doing all the he could to provide us with the best experience in this unit. We cannot ever imagine staying anywhere else whenever we are in the Orlando area. You will not be disappointed! |

| Spacious, well appointed, comfortable holiday rental. Excellent facilities on site, good swimming pool and spa. Easy access to theme parks and International Drive. Excellent value for money and no request was too much trouble for the very helpful management of the townhouse. I would definitely return here and recommend this resort to friends. |
