We had a great time in SoBe! The condo was comfortable, very clean and well-stocked. It's a great location and lovely accommodation. We will definitely recommend it to friends and are already planning our visit for next winter! Thanks for everything. Our stay was perfect. The condo is nicely appointed
as advertised and very clean with everything you
might need for your visit . The parking pass was a
wonderful bonus as parking is truly a hassle
without one. All Sobe sights are in walking
distance.
Gordon was very professional and prompt in all his
communications with us. We were very pleased to
have found this place. Thank you. |

We had a wonderful time in South Beach staying in the Moulin Rouge Condo. The condo has wonderful amenities like washer/dryer,frig, etc. and the bed was very comfortable. The location is amazing. It's very close to the beach. I was very impressed with the owner Gordon Troise. He always emailed me back immediately when I had a question and was very professional. I would definately stay here again or at any of his other properties. Thanks again for everything.

| Thank you for providing a fabulous place to vacation in SoBe! This condo was extremely nice and clean. It was well-equipped for preparing your own meals, along with a grocer across the street, or convenient to many local eateries by foot or by local bus (0.25)! Also well-equipped with beach towels, cooler and chairs as well. If I return to SoBe, your place would be my first choice to stay! |

| This condo was even better than we were led to believe from what we saw on the website. Clean, VERY upscale, and a real value. We stayed at other places in SoBe at higher rates, but this one tops them all. We are already making plans to return in 90 days! |

| WOW is all we can say! Lovely place, nice location and a fabulous facility! This studio condo is located such that everything is very easy to get to without being in the middle of anything! Clean, well equipped, nice amenities, quiet location (and yes it has a very comfortable Murphy bed) all made for a fun and relaxing time in SoBe. The only thing troubling about telling you what a great place that this Moulin Rouge Condo is is that you might be renting it when we want to go back! K. & P. M. New Hampshire |

| What a cool place to stay! The little kitchen is nicer than mine at home! I work for a major hotel company and this was so much more private & comfortable than a regular hotel room! I felt like I was in an upscale NY condo! The murphy bed was very comfortable & I'm very picky about beds! Everything was a short walk away but far enough from the craziness to get some rest! I'll be back in April! |

Thanks for the kind words...especially from someone in the hotel business. The designer who did all the artwork and wall colors is from NYC who specializes in loft decor. Every piece of furniture was scaled to the space...thus making it feel like a home.

| The studio is a great find in an otherwise expensive hotel market. You get the quality of a 4 star hotel, plus the ammenities of an apartment, including a full kitchen and washer/dryer. I now try to stay here whenever I'm in town for work, it's a rare gem! |

| What a very cool find on the internet! Immaculately clean,very upscale studio condo that is cute as a button. We walked to the beach and all the restaurants,just as the website said. We will be back in 90 days! Loved the kitchen, very fancy. |
