What a wonderful home! Spent 3 nights
here with my family and enjoyed every
bit. Brandon had just installed a new
Pool Heater before we arrived and the
pool was nice and relaxing with its
waterfall. The 4 rooms were large, clean
and very comfortable. What a great
experience. Arizona was so different
from our part of the world, and this
home was so comfortable. Thank you! |

Brandon: Thank you for hosting us for a week in March 2009 at your lovely Glendale home. It was as advertised, entirely suitable for the three Montana couples. We found the kitchen fully equipped and used it to cook two dinners. We especially appreciated the proximity to the University of Phoenix Stadium when the pregame show came on television for the NCAA basketball game we were attending. (We had confused the time zones!) We easily made it to the Stadium in time for the national anthem.
Also thank you for your assistance in finding a nearby place for our friend’s dog. They were quite pleased with Bow Wow Day Care. And finally, thanks for sliding the dates one day at the last minute for our convenience. You have been very helpful. We will strongly recommend you to friends and will stay with you if we return to the Phoenix area next winter.

| Brandon, what a beautiful home! We enjoyed our stay with our friends - the layout of your home provided enough privacy for the three "groups" but enough common room to interact as well. We appreciated the proximity to the University of Phoenix Stadium and the World Wildlife Zoo, as well as the various golf courses the guys went to and the shops for us girls. It was nice to stay in a place where we could cook if we wanted to, relax comfortably with the kids, and basically just enjoy the sunshine in whatever manner we chose! (On a side note, it was -22 degrees Fahrenheit when we returned home) Thank you again for the perfect accomodations for our trip! |

| My brothers and I stayed here for NASCAR weekend - close to the track! The house is awesome. Brandon was very attentive and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back! |

I want to say thank you for renting myself and my family your lovely home.. As one of your other guest quoted the pictures on the web do the home no justice... the place is BEAUTIFUL, spacious and very clean.... the pool and the patio was very relaxing. I felt very much at home... I would highly recommend anyone to take a look and definitely rent your place..

Brandon, you made our girls' weekend extra-special by providing the deluxe accommodations!! The fresh fruit, sandwiches, and flowers were a nice touch when we arrived at lunch time after our long flights! Everything was so neat and clean. The five of us really enjoyed hanging out on the patio poolside in the perfect weather. Thanks again for offering such a wonderful alternative to a small hotel room. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and if we come back to Phoenix, we will stay at your place again!!!

| This home was beautiful Lots of room and very comfortable for two families. The pool area was lovely Lots of sun and shade and room to stretch out. Pool heat would have been nice for the children. Would certainly recommend this property to everyone. |
