We have just returned from two weeks staying in Ian and Sheenas villa and can't wait to return. The villa surpassed all our expectations, it was perfect. Thank you.
As a party of 7 there was room to get lost in the villa. The rooms are all huge and with all the bathrooms there was no fighting to get ready. Every possible extra has been added to make our stay both pleasurable and comfortable.
The pool deck area is huge. Plenty of space to play or relax and soak up the sun all day and very quiet (until we turned up ).
After a long day at the parks it was great to come back and fire up the bbq while the kids played in the pool or relaxed in the magnificent games room. Now this we couldn't believe. The huge cinema screen with all those movies and games consoles, plus many a tournament was played in the evening on the pool table and electronic darts board. Plus the guys we happy they could get the football on too. There was so much to do at the villa we didn't need to go out.
We had such a fabulous time and can't wait to return, hopefully for a little longer next time.

We stayed at your villa last month and we had a fantastic time. This was our first experience with VRBO and it was quiet pleasant. Everything from dealing with Ian to reserve the villa to checking out went smoothly. We were pleasantly surprised with the huge master bedroom and the shower in the master bath after a long hot day in the park was great. We loved it so much that we replaced ours with the exact one when we returned home. We had plenty of space for the kids to roam and relax. The cinema room was also a great place to relax after a long day and my oldest kid(husband) enjoyed the cinema screen the most. Your pool deck was great and the backdrop with the woodsy setting made it very relaxing. It was great to have access to our own pool everyday. Overall our vacation was great and we are already looking forward to booking for next year.

Villa was superb, great location fairly central to all attraction(15mins on average)to most.
We stayed in the Villa for 3 weeks and never had a problem, for 10 days of our trip there were 11 of us staying in the villa and we never felt 'on top' of each other.
Games room a huge plus for both kids and adults.
Ian was also promt and honest with any question we had.
Would definately recommend this villa to anyone looking to stay in Orlando.

| We have rented several homes in Florida for family vacations and none of them comes close to being as nice, clean or having as many amenities as this beautiful home does. It is conveniently located close to the highway, from which you can easily get to all of the parks in the area. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone considering renting in the Disney area. |

| We are very pleased with our first VRBO experience. Everything this property claimed to have was accurate and far exceeded our expectations. We had 6 adults and 5 children stay here comfortably. We took advantage of the close proximity (15-20 minutes) to Disney and enjoyed being able to come "home" to a place where we could spread out and comfortably relax. We would definitely stay here again for future Disney experiences. |

| We had two enjoyable weeks. Two young families enjoyed swimming, playing pool, movies on the big screen and ping pong. The grandparents took advantage of the "easy" chairs around the pool to read and relax, when the young went to Disney. A good time was had by everyone. |

| Stayed in Ian's splendid house for nearly three weeks in October. The location is ideal for Disney (10 minutes away) and the local shops are only two minutes away. The house is furnished to an excellent standard and everything is to hand to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The children loved the swimming pool but games room was the highlight. The theatre system,pool table along with all the Dvd's and computer games kept them thoroughly entertained whenever we were at home. The patio area is great for evening BBQ's to relax with a glass of wine at the end of the day. Ian was very helpful and accomodating and I would not hesitate to recommend this accomodation to anyone looking to stay in Florida. |

Have just came back from Ian's Gorgeous Villa, and had a fantastic time, the pool was great the house was spotless as was the deck and pool area, the games room was fab, did not use the BBQ as weather was not that great but still went in the pool even when it was raining as the kids said, we are wet anyway. Ian was very pleasant and friendly as was most easy to deal with. If we are going back to Florida again will certainly be booking Ian's villa. Thanks again Ian

What a fantastic house for a family florida vacation. Close enough to all the attractions to be convenient and far enough away to get some respite from too much Disney. Our Party of 9 ranged from 1 to 71 and all thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The villa itself was incredibly well equipped, the highlight for us being the huge outside area...the additional area this villa has compared to most others was the difference between good and great. Our children were a little too young for the games/cinema room however it looked equally impressive and would be ideal for older children.
It would have been a fantastic vacation with or without staying at Ian's villa. However it most definitely was the icing on the cake. |

We were close to all disney attractions and spent a day at Daytona Beach. The privacy at this house was awesome. Ian, We spent the first week of our Christmas Orlando vacation at your amazing home! It was absolutely brilliant!! We had my mother and mother in law there, as well as my 1 and 3 year old daughters and it was the perfect place to stay! Plenty of room for everyone, and lots for us all to do in the house. With 6 of us there, we still had 5 empty beds!!! We stayed on disney the second week of our Christmas trip, and MUCH preferred your house!!! Your house is a great location, easy to get to all the parks and tourist attractions, and a beautiful escape. I look forward to renting your place again!! We stayed at this fine home with another family and felt so comfortable! It was fantastic to have the game room, large patio/pool area and so many bedrooms and bathrooms. We've rented many homes over the past 10 years across the country and have found that working with this owner has been the best. The house exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Once we saw the area and the other neighborhoods (which were also very nice), we realized how grateful and lucky we were to have this house for a week backing to the nature preserve. We truly felt so much privacy. One more thing, it felt about 10 degrees cooler on the patio at this house due to the position of the house and the wonderful shade/sunlight combination. This house was a 10+++ and we would stay here again should we find ourselves coming back to Orlando in the future. Very easy drive to Magic Kingdom and MGM! Thanks Ian for the wonderful communication and for sharing your great home!

| Thank you Ian for letting us stay in your beautiful house. At first I have to admit I was a little hesitant to rent this house because the owner Ian lives outside of the United States. But, after exchanging emails and speaking with him on the phone I must say he is a trust worthy person. The whole process went smoothly. He and his wife were very nice and polite. The house was wonderful and everybody loved it. From the pool to the ping pong table to the game room there was plenty of entertainment for everyone. We all loved the big screen projection t.v. especially. Overall it was a great vacation and it felt good to come back to a house at night instead of a hotel room. Thanks Ian, I will definitely try to stay at your house again for my future Orlando vacations and I would recomend others to do the same. |

We stayed at this beautiful home a few weeks ago and it was amazing. The house is so spacious, spotless and especially, very well equipped. The pool area is very special indeed with the huge 12 seat dining table and the massive BBQ grill was really great. We all loved playing ping pong on the pool deck which gave us much needed exercise and a suntan at the same time. The cinema/game room was the highlight. We had never watched movies on a screen this size. It was a proper movie experience and with over 75 movies suitable for all ages, getting the kids out of this room was an effort. Having said that it gave us parents peace and quite to enjoy the rest of the facilities. We learned how to play poker which was a great hit and we took it really serious,even with pretend chips. All in all a fabulous time.
Thank you Ian ( the owner ) for making our holiday one to remember for a very long time. We will be back soon,that's a promise.

| We booked to stay at Ian's villa, but, unfortunately, due to long-term, ill-health were unable to do so. Accordingly, we had to cancel our booking and, although he was absolutely not obligated to, Ian happily refunded our deposit once the villa was relet. There were no problems, Ian was fair and simply did what he said he would, even when he didn't have to! What a pleasant change! To all future guests: you can deal with Ian with peace of mind, he is trustworthy, decent and honest. Thanks Ian, we owe you one! |

Having just returned from a wonderful holiday in Orlando, this villa easily accomodated our two familes (including 9 kids), and in style.
The space was wonderful, and allowed everyone to relax. The extra facilities of table tennis, pool and a huge satellite tv were icing on a fantastic cake.
I would suggest that the Disney parks are more like 20-25 minutes away (and the airport about 40 minutes), which meant a drive each day, but that was really small fry.
I would like to personally thank the owners for the use of their beautiful house which meant we had a great experience. Great value for money! |

I would like to say what a wonderful 2 weeks we have just spent at this villa.
The house was very spacious and having 4 bathrooms was a big plus. The whole family loved the games room with its pool table and especially the massive cinema screen which was amazing.
We enjoyed the large pool deck area and we lunched at the huge dining table every day lapping up the sunshine.
Being able to have the whole family at the same table (12 of us) was very specilal indeed.
The kids even had a ping pong competetion whilst the dads were cooking lunch on the BBQ.
The swimming pool was lovely and was very refreshing after such a long day at the parks.
We would recommend this lovely home very highly and we have already provisionally booked with the owners for next year.

We recently stayed at this villa and LOVED IT!!!
It was clean, spacious, yet homey. We were so close to all the theme parks. We're hoping to use this villa again when the weather is just a little bit warmer so we can utilize the pool.
A couple of downfalls. We would have liked to have just general cleaning supplies like 409 to keep things clean, there were only a few washcloths, maintenance came in in mid week and did not replenish light bulbs that were already burned out by the time we got there.
All in all, it was a GREAT place.
Would DEFINITELY stay there again. (Hope to soon.)

Everything was great! I was a little nervous booking over the internet but we had a wonderful experience! Everything went smoothly & all aspects were as expected! The house was so much better & bigger than the pictures show! Super clean too! We just had our family so only had 6 people. The 4 kids each picked a room for themselves! The girls shared one twin room & used the connecting twin room for a dressing room! We had to plan more time to spend at the house because the kids kept asking to just stay "home". We did family "Sports" tournaments nightly! (Parents won!!). The free phone was a hit with the teenagers! My husband loved the new HUGE new grill!! All in all it was just great & we will definitely return in the future! Thanks so much! |

I thougt that a great deal of time would be spent in the game room but honestly the pool was the greatest attraction. We just returned home from our wonderful vacation on 7/2-7/9/05.
This house was beautiful and even better in person than in the pictures. It has lots and lots of room. The master bedroom being downstairs was a nice touch as it offered much needed privacy and quiet away from the children, who were stationed upstairs. Everyone appreciated having their own bathroom. The home theater and pool table were big hits with all. What fantastic amenities. The swimming pool was a little smaller than at others villas I've rented in the past, particularly if you have a couple of "real" swimmers, as I call them. The extra large deck was great, especially when we cooked out.
The management company was very helpful and the owner, Ian, was very delightful to work with. He made the whole process very easy. I was very nervous about giving information to a stranger over the phone, but after several telephone conversations and emails with Ian, I felt more at ease. The whole experience was very easy and pleasant. I would highly recommend this property. |

What a great house. Plenty of room for twelve of us. The pool area is fantastic and the palm trees surrounding the pool screen was a lovely touch as well as giving us privacy whilst sunbathing.
What can we say about the cinema, sensational would be a good start. The dads stayed up late every night to watch the sports and the DVD library was a big hit with the kids.
The pool table threw up some serious competition and was great fun.
We could not fault the house and we would like to say a big thanks to the owner Ian who responded to our enquiry within 6 hours and sorted the whole deal out for us within 24 hours. He called us personally to introduce himself which gave us confidence to book. Doing it all over the web was a slight concern to us but it was great as it went so smoothly. |

| We have just returned after three weeks at this amazing house. Even hurricane charlie and frances did not spoil our enjoyment and the house stood up to both hurricanes with no damage whatsoever, testimony to the build quality. The house has so many plus factors. It is so spacious,clean and well maintained. The pool deck is fantastic and is the biggest we have ever seen at any villa. The games room with its new cinema system is just incredible. We have stayed in many villas and we have never seen any owner install something like this. I mean, a 9 foot cinema screen, it is bigger than the sports bars screen just along the road. The dads were ecstatic as they could watch the English premiership football on it.I can assure you that made their holiday 5 star alone. To even have a big library of DVD films proves that the little touches like that make a big difference to us rentors. Kids loved the playstation and other games consoles. The pool table gave us all hours of entertainment and there was some serious competitions played on it .I could go on and on but i have to stop somewhere. Suffice to say the best holiday ever and we will be back, tomorrow if we could !! |

This is our second vist to this fantastic house. There was twelve of us and we still had loads of room.
The pool deck area is enormous and we loved sitting at the 12 seat dining table as a family at the rear of the deck soaking up the sun whilst the dads cooked us lunch on the BBQ.
We loved the games room the last time but since the giant home cinema screen, and I mean giant,was installed,
it gives this house a 5th dimension. It is simply sensational.
The dads played golf just 1 mile along the road and said the course was beautiful.
We have reserved dates for next year and we would never consider any other house nor hotel. A brilliant experience. |

What can you say about this property that hasn't already been said. Exquisitely furnished inside and beautifully maintained outside. It is out of this world. There was eleven of us and we still had plenty of space to do our own thing.Adults and kids alike spent many happy hours in and around the large luxurious swimming pool, with its spacious decking area.
The games room with its pool table, video games, dartboard and large sceen theatre was an attraction to us all, espicially my grandson who would have lived in there given the chance.We had a fabulous holiday and the house was the icing on the cake for my family.

| LUXURY at it’s best. The place has so much to offer. Kids can have their own space and adults can have their’s. Disney was no comparison to the entertainment provided in our host’s home. After a “Hot” day at Disney the pool was so refreshing, the bedrooms and baths were big and the game room was out of this world. Never will I book another vacation home without comparing it to this one. For the price it is the best deal going. |

I was soooo happy with the house as was the rest of the family! And that TV, ohhh my gosh!!! Its enormous!!!! First class movie theatre (I was up so late at night watching it I had a hard time waking up in the morning) I really cant say enough about how clean and comfortable the house was, cant wait to come back!Thanks again! |

| We just got back from our Florida vacation. The villa was definitely the way to go! So much room to move around. Much better than a cramped hotel room. The villa was close to everything, but in a very quiet neighborhood, so it was quite relaxing and quiet when you wanted to get away from the crowds. The owner Ian, was great to work with. We had a wonderful time! |

Our family recently spent 10 days in Florida at this home, and it was spectacular! We had 5 adults and 3 kids and still had plenty of room. The pool and the gamesroom allowed everyone hours of evening entertainment. I highly recommend going this route for your vacation.

We have just returned from this beutiful villa. We had a fantastic time.
We made a brilliant choice with this home,it is stunning. The kids loved the games room and the pool deck is something else. It is the first villa we have stayed in where you can relax around the pool and not get wet. This was made clear to us on the owners website and they are absolutely right.
It is such a difficlut task choosing a villa but if there is anyone out there still dithering dont bother,you will not find better. The response from the owners Ian and Sheena was rapid and it was probably the easiest transaction we have encountered booking any holiday.
We will go next year as sure as the sun shines on this great home.

We came from Colorado for a family get together and the vacation home was a wonderful experience. The four kids ranging from 8-12 enjoyed the pool and the game room. None of the adults heard from the four older kids all weekend they kept busy swimming or in the game room. This was a wonderful experience and sure beats staying in a motel where you have to share a pool.

We came for our first family Christmas vacation (12-14-02 until 12-21-02). Along with us were 7 adults and 6 children (2 of which were infants). We had a wonderful time- in fact we had such a great time we have already booked our next Christmas vacation for December 2003. Looking back we can not think of a single thing that would have made our trip any better. The pool was wonderful and the kids loved the game room - they actually complained having to leave all the games to go to Disney.
It was very nice to have everyone in the same house instead of hotel rooms. The house had lots of space and all of the bathrooms made getting ready to go so much easier with a large group. We truely had a wonderful vacation and memories that will last a lifetime. We can't wait to return again!!! |

| What a great place to stay! There were 11 of us and all had an awesome time. Plenty of room for everyone to gather together, yet spacious enough for personal space. The house was very tastefully decorated & was truly our home away from home! All the kids & grandkids loved the pool so much, that it was hard to get them to go to the parks. The game room was great for the cool, rainy day. We look forward to our return visit & already gave out information to several interested tourists. Thanks for a wonderful vacation! |

WE TRIED TO BOOK YOUR HOUSE AND YOU TOLD US TO WAIT ONE MORE WEEK UNTIL THE NEW POOL DECK EXTENSION WAS COMPLETED.
ARE WE GLAD WE DID. YOUR POOL DECK IS TWICE THE SIZE OF MY WHOLE APARTMENT IN ENGLAND. IT IS ABSOLUTELY STUNNING.
