The beach and river are as close to Wilderness as
we could hope for. The forces of nature are strong
here. The Winchuck has a calm yet ancient air.
Camel Rock and the other islands are memorable
and inspiring. The beach is only a stone's throw
away, close enough for a morning walk and the an
afternoon picnic. The house is really comfortable
too!

Thousands of years of history flow through that undammed river. Salmon have been making that run for millenia, so we are blessed to share it with them.

We had a great time at the eco-cabin! This house has everything you'll need for a memorable vacation. The location is ideal as well; super close to the river or ocean beach. And less than five minutes to town.
With two young children it was reassuring to know only non-toxic cleaning products are used. The owners were very kind and helpful as well...we'll be returning soon!
