| My family and I had a wonderful time in your condo. There was plenty of room. We could see the beach from the balcony. It was very easy to get to the beach all we had to do was cross a street. The place was very quiet. We can't wait to go back again! |

| What a lovely place! The view and ocean sounds,what a delight.The decor was very nice and the flat screens in all rooms was a plus.The three bedroom four queen beds easily slept all eight of us who ended up coming down. We will surely book again. THANKS A BUNCH !! |

| We staying at Beachwalk Villas this past month and were delightfully surprised with the rental. We were used to tricky photography and not so truthful promises with past rentals, but this one was right on. Waking up and being able to watch the waves roll in and being able to jump in the pool after a hot day at the beach are wonderful. The beautifully decoracted space was also a plus. |

| Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your condo the week of July 4th, 2009. It was our first visit to Cherry Grove Beach and we couldn't of asked for better accomodations. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 and the condo had everything needed for a perfect beach vacation. I would recommend your unit to anyone interested in staying in Cherry Grove. |

This is a lovely condo! They thought of all your needs, there is plenty of room, and It's beautifully decorated!
The beach front pools are very nice to have and even though you are in the second row you have a great veiw of the beach. I highly reccomend 105 beachwalk villas! |

| We spent our Spring Break '09 at Cherry Grove 105 and the condo was great. Very spacious and roomy for our group of 6. The kids loved the place. Very close to the beach and pool! We hope to go back next year. Thank you Mcgill's. |

| My husband and I enjoyed this condo in Cherry Grove for the month of November 2009. The condo is so lovely in decor and furnishings and extremely comfortable. We had family with children visiting us for a week and they loved the view and proximity to the ocean. The activity center across the road was a bonus, especially the fitness room on rainy days. The location in Cherry Grove is great as it provides great opportunities for walking to the very end of the beach or walking to the grocery store. There is a lovely nature preserve within walking distance as well. We are golfers and enjoy great courses within a short drive. Thanks to the owners for being so easy to deal with and accomodating in every sense. |

| After completing our stay, in reviewing the owner’s description of this property, I must say he may have been a bit modest. My wife and I and a second couple spent three nights, July 3-5 2006, at this location. Everything regarding this property in particular and the complex in general is first class. There was more than ample room for the four of us. A third couple or large family would not be an issue. As stated in the description, the view of the ocean truly was wonderful. We especially enjoyed evenings on the balcony with a cool beverage listening to and watching the ocean. Amazingly, especially considering it was the Fourth of July, the beach which is a short fifty to seventy-five yard walk was not congested at all. Our stay though brief, was everything we could have expected. It is very rare when traveling that there are not some disappointing aspects, but I can honestly say we cannot come up with any negatives regarding this property. Book it and enjoy! |

| The condo is everything and more as described by the owner. Lovely, appealing decor with the convenience of in-suite washer/dryer. The luxury of a separate, full bath for each of the 3 bedrooms. And, what a spectacular view of the ocean. Steps away from the condo, you can go for a walk on the beach, sun bathe, build sand castles (or watch them being built), or stop at the private pool and spa area (particularly enticing for a relaxing, rejuvenating evening). While minutes away from shopping, dining, and outdoor activities, this quiet, private location is an idyllic getaway. Treat yourself! |

| Went last June for the first time, what a BEAUTIFUL place!!! Top quality throughout, spacious bedrooms and having 3 baths was wonderful. The beach is fabulous with soft sand and an inviting surf. We have already booked a week in July!!!!!!! If you want to relax, this is the place. |
