| We stayed at the Casa this weekend and it was perfect! The accomodations were great, especially the master bedroom and bathroom with a great view of the beach and ocean. It was wonderful taking a shower while viewing beautiful siesta key. We had 8 women and the houses accomodated us without a problem. The pool was the perfect and so was the maintenance man. We had a few small issues, but he was there immediately to address them. We look forward to spending another ladies weekend again in the future. |

| We spent 10 amazing days at Casa de Mariposa. Both us and close family friends rented the both units. It was paradise. There was great memories that will last a lifetime. Your house felt right at home. It had all our nescities and more. This island is beautiful. All 14 of us would like to say thank you Bambi. |

| My husband, three children, son-in-law, and grandson enjoyed a wonderful week at Casa de Mariposa in February. We felt right at home in your beautiful house and felt extra welcomed by all of your lovely family pictures and beautiful decorations. It was our first family vacation since our daughter got married, and it couldn't have been more perfect. We appreciate the family friendliness of the accomodations, in particular the baby/toddler amenities, the bikes, plus all the many other conveniences. Because of the location and the feeling of being "at home" in your house, the men have agreed to leave their golf clubs at home on our next visit! We look forward to another stay at Casa de Mariposa in the near future. Thanks to you (and to Frank, of course) for your wonderful hospitality! |

We celebrated our wedding at Casa de Mariposa!!!...we rented the whole house for my whole family to stay together. We had a Luau BBQ Party on Friday, the wedding on Saturday and a brunch on Sunday!!!...the house was perfect for it!!!...we got married just across the street at beach access #10...we loved the house, the location and of course we loved Frank!!!
Bambi...your house will always be part of what made our beautiful wedding the best day of our lives!!!...Thanks!!! |

I'm in my sad office in Naples (Italy), just arrived from an hard trip back, due to health reason (two of my friends had an unexpected faint during the intercontinental flight!).
I want to thank you 100000 times for the warmness of your house. We felt at home. Siesta Key is in my heart, but now is even in my friends heart!
We spent hours looking for a defect, or something wrong in our stay. We found all great. no one wrong aspect in the buildind, in the rooms, in the amenities, the bikes.
My english is not enough rich in words to describe sensations and feelings. Thank you!

"Una casa da sogno. un'atmosfera da 5 stelle superior.
Bella l'architettura, la divisione degli spazi, la ricercatezza delle decorazioni, le finiture, gli elettrodomestici (dal tostapane alla lavastoviglie, dal forno classico al forno a microonde o al fornetto per colazione, dalla lavatrice all' asciugatrice)
E poi la piscina, il barbeque, il comodo doppio garage, l'ascensore.
Casa de Mariposa promette molto più di quello che si può credere. C'è amore e gusto in ogni dettaglio.

| We just finished a glorious 6 night stay, in both units, at the CASA. The home has everything: elevators, beach chairs, pool/beach toys, carts to carry them to the sand, rolling coolers, bikes, towels, you name it. Every bedroom has a flat screen, cable, DVD and VCR. The decks all have sun and great views of both sunrises and sunsets. The cabana rooms off the pool are great for changing and for playing Wii--the TV screen is huge!! This was our second time renting and we look forward to going back and staying longer. |

| My family celebrated the best Christmas at Casa Mariposa -front unit! Plenty of room for our college age twin sons, our 2 daughters & their husbands and our grandson! Pack & play, high chair & lots of sand toys! Very relaxing, beautiful beach, close to Siesta Key village too!Loved using the bikes!We have older parents that live in the area & were able to come over for visits on the porch with a great view of the beach. Having the elevator access for their use was so helpful & appreciated! Frank the caretaker, was extremely nice & very helpful! We hope to be back next year! |

| I rented both units for a wonderful family vacation. Both of my grown sons and their friends joined us for a week of wonderful memories. We loved having bikes for everyone to ride into the village, and Frank the Handyman is awesome. The memories and good times created at Casa Mariposa are priceless!! Bambi is the best. I have used VRBO for the past 4 years to rent apts, condos, private homes, etc all over the world. Hands down, Bambi is the best owner I have worked with and her property was everything we were hoping for. The house was beautifully decorated, the location was perfect, the amenities were plentiful and the toys, bikes, beach equipment was great. Frank, the handyman, was great also, a very nice man and very helpful.
We will definately rent with Bambi again.

| When you pick a place via the internet, you are never sure whether the pictures/write-up are truly representative. We were not disappointed, it was an absolutely beautiful home, with a heart and soul of its own. When you walk in, you cannot stop noticing all the care and thought that has gone into Casa de Mariposa, and we felt so welcomed. It was furnished with every amenity you can imagine, the ice cream maker and margarita machine are just examples of the many extras included. This was a 5 star accomodation, that we would return to in a heart beat. We had gone to Siesta Key for our daughter's destination wedding, and Casa de Mariposa was where family gathered to meet and greet, and where we spent many an hour sharing stories. So if you are ever going to Siesta Key and you want to have a "home" away from home that is peaceful and welcoming, this is the place to stay!!! |

| We are local residents and just wanted to get away for a nice weekend and celebrate our daughter and son's birthday (teenagers). We stayed in the front unit and it was absolutely perfect! Bambi's personal touch really gave a welcoming feeling. We allowed the kids to invite a few friends to stay with us for their birthday. It was very ideal for this age group because they could hang out and do their own thing and the beach was only a few steps away. Not to mention they thought the house was the coolest place they had seen. None of us wanted to leave on Monday. Bambi/Frank had everything you would need. We only had to buy food. It was so nice. Even though we live here, most of us don't get the time to enjoy our beautiful Siesta Beach. We will definitely go back and hope to make this mini-getaway an annual tradition. |

| We had the pleasure of being the very first guests to stay at Casa De Mariposa last year. We returned this year and it was even better! We celebrated my Birthday and had plenty of space to accommodate everyone. This home is filled with Love and has every thing you could possibly need and more! It was just remodeled and it is absolutely beautiful! This is one of the nicest places on Siesta Key. You can even watch TV from the swimming pool:-) We stayed in the front unit both times, but we looked at the back unit which is just as nice, just a bit smaller. The view and proximity to the beach is awesome. We didn't have to buy any beach gear at all. They have it all..... beach chairs, toys, coolers, radio, snorkel gear, etc. If you enjoy your privacy this place is perfect. Frank (the care taker)is there to help with anything you may need and Bambi(the owner)is awesome! They are just good people and will go above and beyond to get you whatever you need. This is the only place I will stay. Once you've had the best you can't go back to the rest. Thanks Bambi and Frank for everything. See you next year! |

Stop!! Don't look any further!! This IS the place for you!! WOW, WOW, WOW!! Bambi has thought of everything! Bring your suit, some food, and your set! It's like pulling up to home, but better!! She is not getting all these great reviews for nothing!!
We are a group of friends that take time out once a year to spend time with each other's families. Three families with 5 small children ranging in age from 7 mths to 5 yrs stayed in the front unit and there was plenty of room for everyone. If your a family with kids, this place will meet all your needs. Two pack and plays, double jogging stroller, electric kiddie jeep, wagon, lots of pool toys, plenty of beach towels, ice cream maker with toppings! I mean you just find places like this!
We couldn't figure out the tv's and the hand man Frank came by to help us out. What a sweet guy. We grilled out on an awesome grill by the pool and he told us not to worry, he would clean the grill for us!! Geeze! With all those kids, not having to clean the grill was like having him do the dishes after dinner! LOL Thanks Frank!!
As you can see we all loved it! We will definitely be back. This place is a great party house or a great for a girl's retreat. Bambi has covered everything. The decor is just as awesome as everything else.
Reserve your space now!! Don't look any further!

| We rented both sides of Casa de Mariposa for my Mom's 70th birthday. There were 17 of us in all and we stayed for a week. I don't have the words to describle how perfect this property was or how thrilled we were with our vacation. The owner has thought of everything to make your stay special. It is professionlly decorated and absolutely beautiful inside and out! Being so close to the beach was fantastic and all the beach needs you could think of were in the garage waiting for use! It was the perfect vacation and a wonderful gift for my Mom. We had the time of our lives! There is no need to search other rentals because you won't find one that compares. I would love to stay there every year. |

Our team was blown away by the accomodations, the location, and the amenities. Every aspect of our stay was top notch!
Wireless internet service, fax machines, copiers, we had all of the necessities at our disposal, yet it felt like a vacation.
The owner, was able to provide catering suggestions (which were also incredible recommendations), and with the layout of Cas de Mariposa, they were able to set up our meals without any interuption of our meeting. The only worry I had during our meeting was how I could possibly top this next year. My group made that very easy.....we will be going back!

This house is beautiful and perfectly located. The layout of the house affords each guest a feeling of privacy. Each room has a flat screen tv and its own bath. We were there for 4 days and didn't want for anything. There are beach chairs, a cooler, bicycles. The beach entrance is across the street and the beach town of Siesta Key is a nice walk away. It would be great for a family reunion because you can rent both sides of the attached house, which shares a pool area that has a grill and two table and chair sets.

the house was truly incredible....everything is great from all the flat screen tv's in every room, to the amenities in the kitchen including a margarita machine and expresso maker, to the brand new bedding, couches, chairs, etc.
i've rented many homes before and this was truly up there as one of the nicest
i can't imagine anyone who would not love it

Everything you could every want or need is here! You feel right at home! Nothing has been forgotten! Every room is done just beautifully! Great location, views of the beach. perfect for a family with children, pool area very relaxing, room off pool great for the kids, bikes for all to ride (around a very nice neighborhood), loved being able to grill, everything you need for the beach is there, & much much more! I could go on with more, but that gives you a good idea of all that is waiting for you!

Unbelievable, this was the most incredible well thought out vacation home that I have ever stayed in. Every year 7 girls get together and rent a weekend vacation place, this was by far the most beautiful. Everything was in perfect order, the owner is super accommodating and whatever we needed, it was there. I wouldn't stay anywhere else and would highly recommend this townhome.
The listing was completely accurate, looking at the photos made us want to get there quick!!!!

If you are looking for a rental that will make you feel at home, this is the place. From the flat screen televisions with HD to the decorative towels this place was designed to make you feel at
home.
The property is very well maintained, pool area was clean, water was tempered just right and all the pool toys your heart desires.
Forgot your toothpaste? Don't worry they had extra under the sink! No need to worry about running around to get toilet paper or paper towels, Kleenex or saran wrap this place didn't miss a single detail.
Can't find something you think the place should have...Just ask and they will get it for you.
One of the best parts was on our first walk to the beach (just across the street) we opened the garage to find beach chairs, bicycles, sand toys, umbrellas and coolers.
We highly recommend this place unless you are planning to stay while we are in town...we will be back.

Casa de Mariposa is the perfect vacation home! The property was beautiful: from the gorgeous decor of each room, an amazing view from the balconies, all the amenities you could want (beach chairs, towels, bikes, coolers, pool toys, kitchen appliances, elavator, and flat screen t.v.'s in each room, just to name a few!) No detail was overlooked. The homeowner was a phonecall away if we needed anything or had questions. Only steps away from the beach and walking distance to resturants, shops and nightlife. We had the most relaxing week and will make it a yearly tradition to stay at Casa de Mariposa! We loved it!!
