My husband and I stayed at this apartment for 5 nights in April 2009.
We found it to be exactly as depicted on the web site and were very happy with all the amenities provided - kitchen appliance and utensils for self catering, washing machine, use of telephone especially to be able to call Australia for free, and the large screen tv with some english speaking channels.
The position was also great for self catering which we did - small supermarket and food shops and restaurants just around the corner.
Sightseeing was a breeze from here and walking around the area was lovely.
Another plus for us was the apartment manual included the telephone number of an english speaking taxi company which we used for our departure to the airport - called 15 minutes before we needed and was on doorstep within 5.
All in all we would definitely recommend this apartment as having it all - no complaints or faults from us.
Also - we found the booking staff to be just so helpful in all the time we were making this booking - they are to be commended for their patience and prompt answering of questions.

I spent days looking for an apartment in Paris and
knew we had found "The One" when we saw the
Braque Apartment. We used this as our base for 9
days in Late November 2008.
The apartment is superb. It was clean, well
equipped, and its layout is fantastic. You can be
awake and moving around cooking, or whatever and
the bedroom is behind two doors, so others can
sleep in peace and quiet. The apartment is at the
rear of the building complex and is extremely quiet
and secluded. We did not hear anything while
inside.
The big Tv and free calls back to Australia were
sensational. Bed was very comfy and all in all we
could not fault the apartment.
We found some great restaurants close by and the
best was Le Taxi Juane.
We will definitely be back !!!

We must have looked at hundreds, if not thousands of rentals as we were planning our trip to Paris, but as soon as we saw the pictures for the Braque apartment, we knew this was the one! We stayed here for 12 nights, late October 2008.
The kitchen has everything we needed to eat in when we felt like staying in and the washer/dryer combo helped to cut back on clothes we brought with us. The living room was large and modern and we appreciated the free wireless internet, free calls to North America!!, and the big tv!
The bed was comfortable, the storage space was more than adequate and the bathroom was nice and clean. There were lots of large towels and bath mats for the floor, but we were glad we'd brought some face cloths from home as there were none.
Everything was great: ease of booking, location!!!, modern amenities and prompt refund of the damage deposit. I would not hesitate to come back here and to recommend to all my friends! We really were just a short walk away from le Centre Pompidou, Notre-Dame de Paris (10 minutes), le BHV and several restaurants, shops and the hustle and bustle in le marais. |

We used the rue de Braque apartment as our base for 8 days and loved the peace and quiet, as well as the convenience of the charming neighbourhood around the rue Rambuteau with its food shops etc. The rue St Denis/Montorgeuil bar/restaurant precinct is just a few minutes walk away, as is also the rue Bretagne markets and shops in the other direction. Rambuteau is not the most convenient metro stop but it's really only a very short walk to Les Halles which has better connections.
The flat itself was clean, quiet, well equipped and comfortably furnished and decorated - so much more enjoyable than a hotel - you slip out the door into the rue de Braque and nearby rue du Temple to be immediately immersed in the magic of Paris. |

We really enjoyed the Braque apartment. It was very
convenient, modern, clean and well located. We
liked being able to use our computer and also the
big screen tv. The library of dvd was fun to have.
We watched "amelie poulain " for the 10th time and
of course we had to go visit all the different
locations of the movie the following day, to the
delight of my daughter.
It was also a pleasure to deal with Michele and the
2 nice ladies who welcome us to the apartment.
We will be back!

| We had a great time in the Braque apartment for a week in June. As others have said it is very central, spacious and well equipped. We particularly appreciated the row of windows onto the internal courtyard which meant it was both very light and also quiet. Being right around the corner from Pain de Sucre--one of the best of the "new wave" pattiseries in Paris--was an unexpected added bonus. |

This is a pleasantly spacious apartment which accommodated 3 adults well. It was well stocked and equipped(love that washing machine, flat screen TV, DVD and CD player. There are even some good reads for after a long day of sightseeing Paris from this conveniently located apartment eg. a bio of Jeanne Moreau and the entertaining "70 (80?)Million Frenchman Can't Be Wrong." The Marais is truly one of the more charming parts of Paris, because of its human scale. The Hotel Carnavalet museum nearby was also a highlight of this stay. Our family highly recommends the Braque.

We spent 2 weeks in the Braque apartment and
found it to be well equipped, tidy & stylish and in a
very good location. We especially appreciated the
Wi-Fi and made good use of it. It's a great neighborhood with easy access to all of Paris & we
would consider staying there again as well as
recommending it to others. |
