| Wow what a place!The location is great and the condo spotless.Snorkeling right of the beach in front of the building was so convenient and the reef on the left side loaded with tropical fish.The view is breathtaking and the sound of the waves at night very relaxing.We hope to do it again next year! |

| This is a beautiful property. We stayed for a week for our honeymoon and thoroughly enjoyed it. View is amazing, amenities are plentiful, and it is very convenient to Red Hook(ferry, restaurants, grocery, etc). Sam the property manager is very helpful too. Can't wait to go back. |

| The whole week was amazing! The property is literally ten steps from the water and is adorable. Had everything we needed to cook our own meals but is close enough for a quick trip into Red Hook for a meal or drinks (which we did often!). The balcony felt so private- we kept the door open at night so we could sleep to the sound of the waves. Loved the convenience of the location- we took out jet skis, para-sailed, took a boat trip to the BVI, and snorkeled, ALL from the marina right at the property. The beach was beautiful. oh ya, and the grill at Sapphire serves the best hot dogs! Highly Highly recommended. |

| We had a great time and loved the location. We could literally walk 20 feet and go snokelling in the sea. We especially liked the fact that we were on the second floor which gave us a spectacular view of the sea and alot of privacy. The total experience was very beautiful and peaceful. When we have enough funds we will probaly go back. |

| I was just there. The view is spectacular, the view of the marina is breathtaking, sunset and sunrise from the balcony. Very private location, corner unit. Serene setting,with no obstructions. Clean and well maintained unit, everything you could ask for inside the property. Great deal. |

| We have stayed at a number of condos at Sapphire Beach Resort but for the location,view, breeze and dollar value Sunrise/Moonrise has become our favorite. We will definitely return. |
