My husband & I have stayed in this unit twice once in May 2009 and then again in Sept. 2009. It is in a wonderful, picturesque location on the island, away from the hustle & bustle. It is an excellent neighborhood for walking & bike riding, not to mention the gorgeous water. I highly recommend this unit and plan to stay here again when returning to the island.

I stayed in this wonderful, fully equipped condo in June, 2009 and couldn't have asked for anything more. It is very family friendly and loved the quiet side location. The owners were very gracious and helpful. It was very clean and our only regret was that we didn't stay longer. We took our 4 year old grandson and it was quiet, large enough for us and though it seemed far from 7 mile beach, we relished the tranquility it offered us on that side of the island. We look forward to staying here again in the near future.

We stayed at Johns condo for ten nights in July 2009. We had a fantastic time with perfect weather and great company. John made the whole experience of booking Kaibo hassle free from start to finish. The property was clean and comfortable, the fridge on arrival had ice and beer and life on the beach was idyllic. Kaibo is pretty much out of the way but as we have been to Cayman before we knew exactly what we were looking for and the peace and quiet was rejuvinating. We spent family time together with our teenage children and reinvented the art of conversation. Days slipped by at the pool with evenings at Kaibo yacht club. Its difficult to say what was our abiding memory of Kaibo but my wife and I sipping ice cold Chenin Blanc and eating Calamari whilst watching the sun set is right up there. Thanks for the memories John, your property is all you claim it to be and so much more. You are indeed blessed

We stayed at Blue S'Kai this past March. It is a wonderful place. The condo is excellent and just the right size for our family of four. It was OK to cook and clean for ourselves, some of the time, as the only thing we had to do afterwards was relax and hit the beach. So much easier than having to go to work. Grand Cayman is an excellent Caribbean vacation spot. It is small, safe, warm and full of friendly people. It is a bit expensive but certainly worth the expense to get these added benefits compared to other Caribbean islands we have visited. Getting around is very easy - once you learn how to drive on the "wrong" side of the road. We are definitely planning to go there again and we'll certainly stay at Blue S'Kai.

We had a wonderful time during our stay in April. The condo is clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. The back door opens onto the beach. We enjoyed the pool and having dinner in the screened patio. Kaibo Yacht Club next door is very convenient, and we were only minutes away from Rum Point. This is a top notch facility and you won't be disappointed.

What a lovely area of Grand Cayman and a fabulous condo! We've been all over the Caribbean, and "Blue S'Kai" has the best view right out the door we've had yet. The north end of the island is definitely the place to stay; it's quiet yet has restaurants close by and other amenities just a short drive away. Thank you so much!

This is just a fantastic condo in a fabulous location. All of the amenities are beautiful and new. It is very uncrowded and serene during the week, many times we had the pool and beach to ourselves. Good food next door at the Kaibo and down the street at Rum Point. The location is very secluded at the end of the road and my family felt like it was home for a week. My teenage boys loved the pool, the xbox and the dvds. John provides everything you could need, you wont find a nicer condo in the Caymans for this price.

We had an amazing time in Grand Cayman thanks to you! It's hard to say what the best part was... The condo is far enough from the main tourist hub, yet a simple drive if that's what you're looking for. We enjoyed the beautiful view, the pool with the disappearing edge leading out into the water, the Kaibo restaruant/bar right next door, the beautiful way the condo was decorated, the easy access to snorkeling, the warm sun and the sand between our toes... magnificent! We would recommend this condo to anyone. It was equipped with anything we or our kids would need for a great vacation. We went to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary, and will probably bring the kids along the next time. We can't wait to go back! Thanks for the opportunity!

This was our third trip to Grand Cayman, first time at Cayman Kai. We hope to be back soon! We are four adults - parents with two university age children - three very avid scuba divers and a snorkeler. We were here from Aug 6 to Aug 14, 2008. The condo has a great "feel" to it - beautifully and appropriately decorated as well as very well equipped. The ability to walk out onto the beach, to the pool, next door to the restaurant, or down the road to great snorkeling is amazing. We were all very comfortable and happy. The drive into George Town area for the first 3 days of boat diving was easy - no longer than the average office commute - without the traffic. - Watch out for those land crabs though! The next 3 days of scuba (boat) was done out of the East End - also an easy drive and the final day was a boat dive out of Rum Point to the North Wall - amazing. Incredible snorkeling and shore dives as well. The sunset cruise out of Rum point on a Catamaran was good too. In the evenings we were generally too tired to face going out much so only ate out a couple of times. We shopped and cooked at "home." John gave us great advice; directions etc and we can highly recommend this condo!

We spent 4 great days here with two jr. high age boys. They had a great time with there own room and bathroom! Everything was so great, still has that new smell and feel to the place. You can't beat this location, walk down the street and find football size starfish, right off the beach! This condo is stocked with all new everything from furniture to the silverware. It is a true home away from home. We snorkeled, We eat and we WILL be back. Thanks John. :)

WHAT A WONDERFUL PLACE. THE PICS DON'T DO IT JUSTICE. WE CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK IN JULY.I LOOKED AT HUNDREDS ON THE ISLAND AND THIS WAS THE BEST PLACE. SO MUCH TO DO, AND YOU CAN JUST KICK BACK AND RELAX. THE BAR AND GRILLE WAS GREAT NEXT DOOR ALSO. OR YOU CAN GET GROCERIES AND COOKOUT ON THE BEACH. BEST PLACE WE HAVE EVER STAYED.....

This condo is brand new to the rental market, it has been used exclusively for family vacations. It is beautiful and ready to go, the pictures don't do the condo or the area justice, if you'd like more pictures, feel free to contact me.
