Your Grandview home and location on top of the mountain was absolutely a delight. The view was beautiful. We were thrilled with the outdoor pit and sat around the fire playing the banjo and singing songs in the fresh, cool mountain air. We difinitely will be back. The house was very comfortable and homey, and was perfect for our group. The driveway was a thrill each time we drove up and down.(At least for some of us.) |

| Our family decided to go away for a vacation and are extremely happy we choose Grandview to do that. It was more then expected with enough space, breathtaking views, and a warm environment. The drive up to Grandview is definitely an experience!!! Thankyou for opening up your home to us. We hope to come back in the future!! |

| GrandView was perfect for our girls trip in October, there were twelve of us in the group and the house offered everything we needed. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a fantastic view, private setting, clean, beautifully furnished and only minutes from downtown Clayton. The homeowner is a pleasure to deal with, she was helpful, suggesting restaurants and other sights to see in the area.....which made our stay absolutely delightful. Thanks, Tami! |

Your beautiful home was a perfect fit for the 12 of us girls on our annual weekend get-away. What a great place to make new memories!
Awesome views!! We had a blast sitting around the fire pit in the evenings talking & laughing. We even roasted marshmallows one night... yummy S'mores. The house is so well equipped... felt like home. We hope to spend more time at your place in the future. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us.

Tami, your home was everything you said and more. My family felt "at home" and we had a wonderful time. Since your kitchen was so efficient,we prepared too much food, and of course, ate too much. The views were beautiful. The bedrooms were spacious
and private enough so that if the young mothers wanted to catch a well deserved nap no problem. Thank you so much for letting my family visit and enjoy your beautiful home. God Bless you and your family.

What a wonderful trip we had during Spring Break, along with our friends from Kentucky who stayed with us at GrandView. Thank you so much for opening up your home to us. We loved spending time all over the house and outside by the fire pit. We made s'mores and shot hoops. We looked at the moon through the telescope, and even played in the snow. We visited Tallulah Falls and Minnehaha Falls. What beautiful places! It was an amazing vacation!

| This was our second year at GrandView, and we found it hard to believe that we all (grandparents, parents, grandchildren) enjoyed this year even more than last. From the minute we entered the house, we felt very much at home. The decor was still beautiful, the house was in tip top condition, the kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil, pot, pan, dish, china, flatware--I won't go on, but we baked pies, made blueberry pancakes, created huge salads in the kitchen. A few nights, we roasted hotdogs and created Smores at the firepit. Every morning but one, we had breakfast on the deck looking over the forty mile view. Some played golf. (One day, we watched a few holes from our deck through the provided telescope.) Children (from 2 to 19) roamed the surrounding woods, went gem mining, checked out the Goat Farm for rocks, fudge and ice cream. We visited friends, and had more than sufficient room for eight friends to spend an afternoon with us at the house in great comfort in the upstairs great room, while the children played in the lower level's great room. I highly recommend the home, the mountain, and the town for anyone looking for a vacation in the mountains. Nights are cool, days are warm, and there are many attractions close by. We have visisted the area every year for 12 years, and the GrandView is our favorite by far. The owners are friendly and responsive. We very much appreciate the care they have taken to provide us with this lovely home away from home. |

| We would like to thank you Mrs. Tammi for an experience to remember. When we opened up the door and saw the Grand View for the first time, our thoughts were "wow, this is better than the pictures." We was very impressed with the decor of the home, the cleanliness, and the warmth that the house gave. We also want to thank you for all of your help in trying to assure that we were going to have a good time during our family vacation/wedding anniversary. We also appreciated your courtesy calls. We had a great time in Clayton! Your home was absolutely wonderful! We found it to have all the amenities from home. You were so thoughtful to provide all the extra items that made our stay more enjoyable. I attached a picture of the kids enjoying the backyard fire pit. I am so grateful that we opted to stay in your home instead of cramming into hotel rooms. We had bikes and car top carriers for our next stop. We stored the bikes in your garage and left the car top carriers in place. Your home is so private and secure; we had no cause to worry. It was an easy and scenic drive to our WildWater Rafting excursion on the Chatooga River. Our families found the area full of friendly folks and plenty of unique eateries. Thank you for sharing your beautiful and comfortable home.

Stayed at Grandview for 4 days and it exceeded our expectations. Amazing view, good size bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, and plently of bathrooms. We had a total of 6 children, with two of them under 2 yrs old. I was a little worried about that but the lower level turned out to be the best and was able to gate off the hallway and just let the kids roam. A high chair and pack n play were provided and that helped a ton, fore not having to pack those items thus making more room in the car.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay, awesome weather and we couldn't have asked for anything more!! |

| Here it is February 1st and we are still basking in the afterglow of our Thanksgiving Family Holiday at the Grandview Home in Clayton. The stars may never be aligned again to allow us another holiday as memorable as this one was since our family is rapidly moving into adulthood and by next year will be splintering off in the their own individual directions. Nevertheless, your home was everything it was advertised to be. The kitchen was well equipped and easily handled our Thanksgiving dinner for 11 people. The view was spectacular the sleeping arrangements were perfect. We spent almost every evening sitting around the fire pit which was an added plus. The house is close to grocery shopping, dining out and a short drive to the Highlands/Cashiers for additional dining, shopping and entertainment. Also easily accessible is Tallulah Falls with hiking trails accommodating any level hiker. We may never be back as a family, but I’m sure to book it again soon and be sure to bring my friends with me. |

I was responsible for planning a rafting trip on the Chattooga River over Labor Day weekend and needed a place for 14 adults to stay. Looking at the interior pictures, I was very impressed with the GrandView. The only concerns I had were that there would be houses in the immediate vicinity (when we go to the mountains, we don’t like other houses/cabins within sight). When we got there, I could not have asked for a better place!!! There were no houses within sight and the GrandView was able to comfortably accommodate all 14 of us! The view from the deck was absolutely beautiful! And the interior of the house was everything that the pictures promised!!! There were refrigerators on both levels and nice air conditioner units in each room on the lower levels. Also, the game room on the lower level was a great place to hang out and provided a nice separation from the upstairs environment.
I’ve got to say, I consider myself lucky to have found such a nice place. All of my friends were impressed with the house and had good things to say about it. Also worth mentioning, the homeowners (Tami and her husband) were very helpful and great to work with! You will not regret staying at the GrandView!!! |

| Our group of three families spent four relaxing nights and five fun days admiring the fantastic long-distance views of the mountains. This home is nicely furnished without being 'stuffy', the kitchen had everything we needed, the extra refrigerator was a big plus when feeding a group of 13, and we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the home. There is also plenty to do nearby, but GrandView is comfy enough that you may not want to leave! We look forward to going back for another visit. |

| We had an absolutely wonderful time at this lovely mountain get-away!! We have stayed at a couple of different mountain areas and this house is by far our favorite!! The home was warm, inviting, comfy and beautiful! We also loved the thoughtfulness of the things in the house. The wonderful kitchen gadgets, the books, games, the pool table etc! The view was breathtaking, the firepit was so fun and enjoyable! We had 3 couples with 6 kids ranging from 6 t0 10. We had more than enough room to spare, the kids all had plenty of things to do to keep them entertained!(3 whole days without playstation which we brought and didn't use!!) We will definately come again and would recommend it to anyone! |

Our three families enjoyed staying in your beautiful home in the mountains. We stayed at GrandView after Christmas for a wonderful friends get-together, and what a fantastic view! We all had a lovely time just being together, and the space was just perfect for our three families. Adults and kids enjoyed your fire pit, basketball goal, and games & movies provided at the home. We also spent some time at flea markets and did some shopping. We just had fun! Thanks for sharing your peaceful, gorgeous view and very comfortable home. We LOVED GrandView. Maybe we can rent it again sometime.

My husband and I spent a wonderfully romantic week-end at GrandView and couldn't have been more pleased with our accommodations. The master bedroom and bath were phenomenal, and we loved waking up to the beautiful sunrises over the mountains just outside our sliding doors each morning. We felt like we found the perfect mountain hideaway. We had a large cozy fireplace in the living room with great furnishings and lovely decor throughout. We enjoyed the porch rockers on the deck overlooking the mountains by day and the town lights by night. We loved having the extra space, even though there was just the two of us. We will definitely come here again, either alone or with another couple. This would be the perfect place if we ever need to plan a large family get-together.

Nine of my fraternity buddies and I spent an extended weekend at this home in Clayton for our yearly fishing/golfing trip. We've stayed in other places in the NE Georgia mountains before, but this place was the best by far. The house was perfect for our needs and is close to great fishing and golf courses. When we were not gone, we had awesome deck views, comfortable beds, gas grill, fire pit, pool table, basketball goal, and satellite tv's on both floors. It was convenient that the house had Wi Fi to stay in touch with the wives and kids via our laptops. It's unanimous we're coming back here again. Some of us plan to take our families to this home for a family vacation. Thanks, Ms. Tami, you were great to work with.

We so enjoyed our week-long Thanksgiving stay at your spectacular mountain retreat. It is truly beautiful, and we have never been in a place with so many amenities. The kitchen was fabulous and appointed with everything we could possibly need and more. You left nothing to be desired in this gorgeous home. We enjoyed amazing panoramic sunrises on the enormous deck drinking cappuccinos in the rocking chairs. At the end of the day, we loved sitting around the woodburning fireplace sharing the day's adventures. What fun our family had gathered around the fire pit roasting hot dogs and marshmallows under starry skies while our grandson played his guitar. We have so many memories to cherish and definitely plan to go back and add to these! GrandView was a wonderful place to spend with our extended family, and we loved every moment there. Thank you for sharing your mountain retreat with our family!

What a wonderful place to reconnect with your family. We had an amazing time while making memories our children will keep forever. Isn't that what a vacation is all about?
We were very impressed with this gorgeous mountain home. The owners thought of EVERYTHING! We literally only had to open our suitcases and all the necessities and even the extra extras were supplied by the homeowners. Such a great feeling not having to worry about the safety of our children, nor what the older children could find to do! I totally enjoyed just looking around and taking in the views plus adopting ALL of the homeowners decorating ideas! Each room had a theme. yet it wasn't overly decorated; done very tastefully.
This mountain home is all that the ad says and more. Grab it while you can as we have already prebooked two more trips back to Clayton. (What a wonderful place! Can't wait to get back there and shop at all the antique stores and the quaint downtown!)
