| This is the perfect Savannah Condo --- located on the quiet side of town a block from Green Square and a few blocks from the river --- brand new construction top floor condo in a historic building --- beautiful furnishings, art, hardwood floors and shutters. Large kitchen, flat screen TV --- looks much better than the pictures. |

We stayed 4th of July weekend. My husband and I took my parents who had never been to Savannah. They loved it! The condo is very convenient to the Historic District and especially the riverfront. We walked practically everywhere!
Reserving the place was a breeze, and even on a busy holiday weekend, I got a response on availability within a couple of hours.

| We stayed in this lovely condo for four nights in March '08. It is beautifully furnished and decorated, and has everything you need, with extras. We had a third person who slept on the sofabed, and that was very comfortable with a pillow top cover. The owners were very helpful with advice about what to see and do, and were very concerned about our needs. The location is very convenient to all the historic district and we always found a free parking place close by. We would definitely stay here again. The condo is on the third floor, however, with no elevator, so this could be a problem for someone who has trouble with stairs. |

| What a lovely condo - very nicely appointed. You'll feel pampered! Savannah is always lovely, no matter the time of year, so plan on a great stay in this beautiful condo. |
