| We just came home after a wonderful week at your condo. Beautiful setting with interesting hiking trails; spacious studio with great wood-burning fireplace and deck for enjoying that cup of coffee or tea; fully-equipped kitchen; very comfortable Murphy bed; corner unit with plenty of light; close to North Conway and the shops; the perfect get-away! We're already planning to come again in the spring. Thanks, Rob, for sharing your retreat! |

| My family (husband and two young children) and I had a great time in your condo. It is very nice, clean, and in a great location in the building between the main building and the outdoor pool. The gym, hot tub, and sauna in the basement of your condo unit were also very convenient. My kids loved the pools and playground and arcade. We went down the path to the Saco River one day too. The staff at Attitash was also great, and check-in and out were very easy. We've rented at the Seasons on three occasions already, and had never stayed anywhere else in that area. We love the Seasons, but thought we'd give Attitash a try this time. We'll probably be looking to rent from you again next summer now that we’ve seen all that Attitash has to offer. It seems like a fun place to go for the winter to for skiing too. So far, we’ve only come up in the summer, mainly to go to StoryLand. Thanks for your hospitality and quick responses to my questions. I would definitely recommend your condo to others. |

| I just got back from my second, week-long vacation at this Attitash Mountain Village condo and am pleased to report that we all had a great time once again. Despite the dreary, unseasonable weather, we were able to keep busy at the resort’s indoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center, and game room. Dealing with Rob has always been a pleasure and his condo was in great condition and clean at check in. The resort staff is very accommodating and friendly as well. I highly recommend this condo and the Attitash Mountain Village resort and will certainly return again in the future. Thanks Rob! |

| Rob: Just wanted to tell you what a great time we had at your condo. The place was bigger than we expected and spotless. It had everything we needed. | Had a great time. The condo was perfect. There were only three of us, and I wouldn't aske for anything better. Pools, restaurant, gym and being able to cook in if needed. I will definately keep this place in mind for my next trip to New Hampshire. |

| Great location--it's good to be able to get to North Conway, Franconia, and Mt. Washinton easily, yet not be in the thick of lots of traffic and noise. My kids loved the easy access to the pools and mountain activities, and it's great that the fitness room is right downstairs. The option to eat in was a great money saver, and the fact that we could do our laundry in the condo was fantastic. Even though the unit is a studio, we didn't feel cramped at all, and I like that we were on the second floor--it offered more privacy than the first floor units. Thanks--we will be back! |

| This was our first trip up to the White Mountains and my son and I had a blast. The resort staff was very helpful and friendly at check in and throughout our stay. The condo was in good condition, clean, and well stocked. There is an outdoor pool, hot tub, and BBQ area across from the condo which is great for kids and popular with families staying at the resort. There is also an indoor pool with hot tub located at the main resort building which was good for swimming in the evenings. The highlight of our trip was mountain biking along the extensive network of trails (cross country ski trails during the winter) which are located along the Saco River directly behind the resort. The condo owner is very nice, professional, and easy to deal with. I will definitely recommend this rental to others and will return again next summer. |

| Location! Location! Location! The condo is in great shape and comfortably sleeps 4. No getting out of bed early to get to the mountain a grab a parking space-you can just walk! Actually didn't want to put anything in the guestbook because we wanted to keep it our little secret hideaway! Rob is great to deal with and very efficient! Will definitely be back! |

Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your condo. It far exceeded our expectations and we had a fabulous vacation. Everything at the resort was terrific - for a family of four with 2 children aged 7 and 5 - the amenities were perfect. We would definately be interested in renting from you again - we're just trying to decide which season of the year to choose!

| Our stay here was great! The condo was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. We went during the off season and it was fantastic. Another good thing about this condo is the hot tub is in the same building and there was no one ever in it! (Exept us of course...) This is a great place to stay for your next vacation! |

This condo was ideal for our mini ski vacation. Check-in was easy, despite the school vacation week crowd at the front desk. The condo itself has everything we needed, and I loved the jacuzzi tub after my first day of skiing in four years! The unit was fine for the four of us, with two adults in the Murphy bed and two kids on the pull-out couch. We did not spend much time there anyway, since we went to ski.
My 12 year old forgot her swimsuit, so we didn't take advantage of the complex' pool--Sunday evening in February is not a good time to try to find a local store selling a bathing suit! But, the pool looked wonderful, as did all of the facilities. Being a stone's throw from the ski lifts made our visit easy and stress-free.
I recommend this rental property. The owners are very responsive and helpful. The Unit was very clean, and came with plenty of clean towels, blankets and pillows, plus kitchen utensils and supplies. The heat was plentiful from the gas fireplace. |

| We had an excellent holiday in New Hampshire! The accomodations were great! The studio condo was clean and spacious,and supplied all the amenities of home. Our family (2 teens included)thoroughly enjoyed the activities that the Attitash Resort provided.We did not have enough time on this trip to take in many of the attractions that the local area has to offer, and plan on reserving a longer stay next year. Rob was super to deal with and made renting a breeze. |

| We rented this Condo in August 2006 and the entire experience was nothing less than perfect. From the start, Rob was fantastic to deal with. He was always informative,polite, and welcomed any questions we had. The Condo was perfect for our small family-clean, spacious, and contained all the comforts of home. Even though it was a private rental, we were not left alone to fend for ourselves should any questions or problems arise-A great Front Desk Staff, as well as Maintainence and Housekeeping, are just a phone call away. There is plenty for a Family to do in this area of New Hampshire and so much to do right at the Attitash. From the swimming pools, games, tennis/basketball courts, nautilis rooms, jacuzzi-there was always something to do. You'd be hard-pressed to be bored here(no matter what your age). While we are sad this NH vacation has come to an end, we are already anticipating our next trip up and renting this great Condo again from Rob. It is by far, the best Rental option for a small family in the White Mountains! |

I RENTED THIS CONDO THE FIRST WEEK OF JULY-2006. I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT MY STAY IN THIS CONDO WAS NOTHING LESS THEN PERFECT. I STAYED WITH MY BOYFRIEND AND 2 CHILDREN AGES 6 AND 10. THE CONDO HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED AND THE BEDS WERE BIG, PLENTY OF ROOM. IT WAS VERY PEACEFUL. THE PRIVATE DECK WAS GREAT TO LOUNGE AROUND AT NIGHT AND CATCH SOME SUN DURING THE DAY. THE JACUZZI BATH WAS WONDERFUL, ESPECIALLY AFTER DRIVING AND RUNNING AFTER THE KIDS ALL DAY. VERY RELAXING. THE OUTDOOR POOL WAS DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM THE BUILDING AND THE KIDS AND I TOOK ADVANTAGE OF IT. THE ARCADE AND THE INDOOR POOL, JACUZZI, AND HOT TUB , SAUNA WERE ALL IN THE SAME BUILDING SO IT WAS PERFECT. THE KIDS DID THEIR THING AND I DID MINE AT THE SAME TIME. THERE WAS PLENTY TO DO ON THE RAINY DAYS AND THE DAYS WE WANTED TO KICK BACK AND RELAX. THE OWNER WAS VERY HELPFUL AND VERY PLEASANT, A-1. I INTEND TO RENT AGAIN THIS SUMMER/FALL. I HOPE YOU HAVE AS MUCH FUN AS I DID. I DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE. THIS PLACE REALLY HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED!!!! WE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF EVERYTHING. THANKS FOR LETTING ME LEAVE MY COMMENTS.

Rob, thank you again for allowing us to rent your condo. It is in a perfect location and the amenities were great. Having two younger children on the trip, the convenience of having a game room with a gym next to it within the building, a washer and dryer within the unit, and both indoor and outdoor pools at the facilities - helped to make the week more relaxing for us all.

| We stayed at the Condo the second week in July and had a wonderful time. It was our first time renting a condo over the internet and Rob was very helpful and pleasant. We stayed with our 4 year old son, who had a lot of fun in the pool. We spent a lot of time at the saco river beach on the property swimming, sunning and tubing down the river. We are planning to rent again next year. From the looks of the other positive comments, I think we should book now! Thanks Rob for a great time. |

The condo was perfect! We thought the location of the condo was probably the best at the village. The room was clean, and well maintained. The perfect size for myself and kids.
My 9 & 15 year old had a great time. There was lots to keep us busy! It's a great place for families.
A little nervous about renting the room off the internet, but Rob was very easy to work with. I was extremely pleased with the entire process.
If we vacation in New Hampshire again, we will definitely rent from Rob.

The condo was perfect for my small family; there was plenty of room, it was very comfortable and clean and the price was very reasonable. | We had a great time. Wish we could have taken the pool home with us. The whole complex was wonderful. The kids enjoyed the playscapes and slides and we took advantage of the shuttle board. The only downside was that the VCR didn't work. |

We just returned from our vacation and had a fabulous time in the White Mountains! September is a perfect time to visit - the summer crowds are gone, weather is still nice, and the leaves are starting to change.
The room is perfect for a small family on a budget. The room was clean and the resort is located near all the main attractions.
Rob was great to work with - he always returned my emails/telephone calls and was very patient with my many questions. I was very skeptical about renting a room via the internet but he was very understanding and was more worried about us having a good time!
We will definitely stay at the condo again on our next visit to the White Mountains.
