We were very pleased with the condo. The location was excellent and we were well looked after by Alex and the other staff of the condo. We have been coming to Bucerias for the last 4 years and have stayed at other locations. This one really met our needs in all respects. We enjoyed the balcony in the morning. My wife is an artist and she enjoyed the opportunity to paint early in the morning as the sun rose over the beautiful view. We were very satisfied and look forward to visiting next year.

Hola Mary Lou & Daryl;
We would like to thank you for allowing us to rent your condo in beautiful Bucerias. It was a pleasant surprise when we arrived on the Saturday to walk into the complex and see all of the vegetation and the pool….I knew we had arrived! Then after the climb to #5 we were thrilled to find such a lovely place. The terrace was our favorite and therefore was where we ate all of our meals. I don’t think we used the dining room table once, who wants to sit inside when one can be out looking at the ocean and hearing the birds. The kitchen was very functional with everything we needed to prepare our shrimp. The bedrooms were very comfortable especially the king size bed. All and all we felt right at home the minute we walked into the complex. The staff was more than helpful. We really enjoyed exploring Bucerias and the surrounding area. There is such a lot of development since thet last time we were there. All and all we had a wonderful vacation and will probably return one day.

Our first stay has been wonderful! This is a very nice home....85 degrees, in and out of the pool with a cold one. This is a smaller complex but big on location and amenities. Staff here is very welcoming, accommodating and friendly. Only a couple of people at the pool and room to stretch out in the sun. Stayed a week and hated to leave, suggest two weeks to get to know the place and people better. Fantastic restaurants, town is small and friendly without the usual hype of the bigger cities. Grab another couple and head on down you'll have a real vacation to remember. We plan on coming back very soon. No need to look futher, we love this place.

WOW... this place is beautiful! We have stayed there
twice in the last 90 days and will be back again.
Very friendly staff, more like family! Everything is
nearby including some of the best restaurants we
have found anywhere. Steak & 5 Jumbo Prawns $17,
5 beers on ice, 50 feet from ocean, $6, Walked back
from town after midnight with no problems, very
safe town with amazingly friendly folks. We also
met some expats and found quite a large group of
them live in town or nearby. Book this one if it is
available because when the word gets out it will go
fast.
