| Recently my Father, good friend, and myself stayed at the condo on Sugar Mountain. What a great place to stay! I felt like we were in our own homes. It's tastefully decorated, clean, and cozy. The view from the deck is relaxing. We will for sure visit here again. The only complaint was that the TV in the Master Bedroom did not work. Still is a great place to stay. Thank you for your hospitality. We had a wonderful time. |

I'm glad that you had a great getaway to Sugar Mountain. Thanks for letting me know about the TV . I am going up to Sugar this weekend and will change it out. We are also looking at putting a flat screen tv in the living room. Please keep us in mind for your next getaway to the Mountains.

| Sometimes Life "calls" for a vacation. And what an amazing time my family and I had back in July. The condo was perfect. The location was convenient and very clean. All the ammenities we needed were right there and easy to locate. My boys ask me at least once a week, when we are going back. Thank you for the use of your condo Mr.and Mrs. Paul. | Our stay at the condo was just great..it was very comfortable and is so convenient to all of the attractions.What a treat to awake to temps in the 50's in July and enjoy the 70's all day.We are looking forward to returning in October to enjoy the beautiful color. | Great condo! So close to the slopes. We walked to Oktoberfest while there and had a wonderful time. It's in such a peaceful area of Sugar, but yet close to all the action that Banner Elk has to offer. The condo is equiped with everything one could need while visiting. We plan to make it up there next Fall! Highly recommended! |

The condo was within easy access to Granfather Mountain and other great activities in the area. We would recommend this condo to anyone. It made our stay even more pleasurable. |

| My family enjoyed a wonderful vacation at Briarcliff. The location could not be better!! You can easily walk to the slopes, ice skating, tubing and Sugar Mountain Ski lodge/ski school. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. This location was also great for "non-skiers"- sightseeing, hiking and restaurants are only a 5 minute drive. We will be back next year!! |
