Our Stay at magical stay was amazing. The children loved the game room, and how there was a playstation in the den and the rooms were beatiful. The pool was amazing and the jazzcuzi came in handy when we did all that walking through the park. When we first arrived to the house we were so astounded at how beautiful it was. The two master bathrooms were very beautiful, and the bathroom was amazing. We will definetly be back soon!!!!

Hi Sharon! I just wanted to take a few minutes to tell you about the wonderful time we had staying at your villa. Everything was perfect! Your home is absolutely beautiful. Our girls were in heaven with the games room and the pool and hot tub. We used them both every day! The baby really enjoyed the pool as well. It was his first time in a pool! The beds were comfy and everything we needed was there! Having a crib available was a great bonus as well! It was all set up with sheets and blankets.....the works! Danny greeted us upon arrival and he was absolutely wonderful! We took the recommendation to go to Manny's and we all really enjoyed our meal there! We all really hated to leave! Our family is already looking forward to another trip to Florida and when that happens, I'll be getting in touch! Thank you for everything. We rent homes all the time when we vacation and although we have never had a bad experience, renting your home by far was the best. You were an absolute pleasure to work with. For anyone reading comments and looking for the perfect home....look no further! You found it! Get booked and enjoy your magical stay as it truly was a magical one for our family! Thanks again!

The villa was easy access to all the parks and some great looking golf courses only minutes away.

| We recently returned from a great family holiday week in the Villa. We are a mixed bunch from 5months to 50 plus and all thoroughly enjoyed the Villa. The rooms were all immaculately prepared for our visit and Kimberley and Danny both kept in touch and resolved the occasional query. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house though the pool area was most popular. We ate out mostly making good use of Manny s the local All American Diner. Quite an experience and great food! I'm happy to recommend Magical Stay as an excellent venue for a luxury family holiday. |

We had a fabulous time staying in your lovely villa. A day in Florida is always fantastic but when you have a villa like yours to come home to it makes the days even more pleasurable. Everything was so clean and fresh when we arrived, and because the furnishings are so high quality the villa is very easy to keep nice and tidy. The pool and games room were great, the pool was exceptionally clean and the games room (unlike some villas we've stayed in) actually felt part of the villa, way more than just a garage with a pool table in it. My grandaughter Lauren really loved the pool, and my wife enjoyed the jacuzzi. I especially enjoyed being able to go fishing in the lake in the mornings, as Danny was kind enough to lend me some of his fishing gear.
Thank you for allowing us to stay in your villa, it really made the holiday truly special for the whole family. When we go back to Florida your villa will be on the top of the list.

Our family really enjoyed your home in Haines City, FL. The pool was played in all day long by our grandchildren and their parents. The grandparents made use of the jacuzzi. Simply put this is an absolutely fabulous villa. It is well maintained, has all the necessary facilities within a short distance and is well kitted out with BBQ, Pool, Hot tub (Sarah's favourite!!), games room and TVs/Computer.
The villa is located ideally for all of the parks and attractions and, if you like golf, some great golf courses.
I would definately recommend the villa to everyone looking to come to Florida for a holiday.

| This was our 4th visit to Florida and without a shadow of a doubt this was the best villa we have stayed in (I wish I was still there). The villa itself was immaculately clean and well maintained and in a quiet residential area. The pool area was fab with the hot tub living up to its name!! The boys enjoyed the games room after a busy day at the theme parks. While my daughter managed to keep in touch with her boyfriend back home thanks to the Villa's internet access. Danny dropped in a couple of times to make sure everything was ok which was appreciated. Wal Mart is located nearby as are many fast food outlets. If you like steak I would highly recommend a visit to Manny's Chophouse you can expect a wait (we waited 50 mins on our first visit) but its well worth it. We will definately make Magical Stay our first choice when we come back to Florida and I would not hesitate to recommend villa to my family and friends. |

| This home met all our needs. The pool and hot tub were the main attraction but the well appointed game room and Internet access provided additional things for our family group with children aged 3 to 13. We celebrated the 3 year old's birthday and he and his 5 year old brother learned how to swim during our stay. All of the grand children spend a lot of time in the pool. The hot tub was divine. There were a lot of towels, dishes and glasses available, so we never ran out. Danny stopped by the yard occasionally to make sure everything was fine, but he didn't intrude at all. It was nice to know that management was so available. The owner, Sharon was wonderful to work with and made me feel welcome in her home. |

| We had a wonderful visit at Magical Stay!!! Our 3 year old son loves to swim so we were especially pleased with the childproof fence around the pool. The house offered all of the amenities of home. We enjoyed spending bug-free afternoons and evenings by the pool. We went to Magic Kingdom and because we were so close, we were able to come home for a much needed afternoon nap!!! We had plenty of room in the house and are looking forward to our next visit. |

Hi Sharon, Just writing to let you know that all my family had a really great holiday in Orlando. Your villa certainly lives up to its pictures and descriptions on your website. I can only reiterate the many comments already made. Great location, spacious accommodation with superb decor. In fact the glass on the patio doors was so clean that we walked into them a few times! Super sized kitchen appliances, with plenty of crockery and glasses to make good use of the dishwasher.
We all loved the pool and spa, especially our granddaughter, and we all joked that she would eventually grow a tail (like Ariel) if she stayed in much longer! The pool was especially inviting at night with its lovely coloured pool lights after a long hot day in the theme parks, and we also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub.
It was great having a gas barbie and we ate outside nearly all the time making good use of the large dining table with plenty of chairs,not to mention the four sun loungers with cushions.
We quickly found our way to the various theme parks and enjoyed the tranquillity of returning to the villa each day away from the hustle and bustle of the parks.
Walmart and Publix supermarkets were close by for shopping, and we also went to the newly opened Posner Park Mall where we enjoyed a lovely meal at the Sake restaurant which was advertised as a sushi/steak restaurant. There was something for everyone, even a child's meal of beefburger and fries for our granddaughter. The wine was a bit pricey, but very nice. They also do takeaway and its only about a 5 minute drive from the villa.
Danny and Kymberley were very helpful with any queries we had, both in person and over the telephone.
All in all staying at your villa actually made the holiday a delight and I think we would be hard put to find a better one.
We would have no hesitation in recommending your villa to any of our family and friends.

Hey there,
Just wanted to say that we had a wonderful time at our beautiful villa. This is our 3rd trip to the area in a year and yours was the nicest villa we've had so far. The highlight of the trip was deep sea fishing out of Port Canaveral, highly recommend this for the outdoor enthusiast. Aside from that, just sitting by the pool reading a book in the peace and quiet came a close second.

This is our 6th trip to Orlando in the past 5 years and your villa was the best we've stayed in, by far. The house was very clean and really was a home from home with all the luxury touches that make all the difference. We had a wonderful week!
We all loved the pool, games room and the HD TV & blu-ray. Now we'll have to buy a new TV for home! Being able to BBQ in the sunshine was a real treat for us too.
We'll certainly be contacting you again when we book our next trip.

We four couples from Iowa sure enjoyed our 2 week stay at your wonderful home. It was so much more comfortable than staying at a motel as we did in past years…and at a more reasonable cost.
The home is clean and in great condition, at a good location, and in a nice housing area. It felt just like at home, well maybe even a little better. There was plenty of room for all eight of us and we never ran short of hot water for our morning showers which was much appreciated. And the beds are first class and very comfortable.
We utilized the game room and hot tub more than we thought we would and the patio was very pleasant and inviting. In summary, your home met our needs very well and added to a very enjoyable winter break in Florida for all of us. If all goes as we hope, we plan on returning to your home again next year.

We had a wonderful time in your fabulous Orlando home - so much space for the whole family to spread out and not get in anyone elses way! The villa was very clean and had every amenity we could wish for - the games room was in use every day and everyone loved it.
We visited the parks nearly every day but often came back to the villa for an afternoon swim before heading back in the afternoon - the lack of traffic on the I4 and US27 made this a very realistic option.
Thanks for the information pack you sent us before arrival - directions were superb and all the other tips were really useful until we found our feet.
Will definitely be back and would have no hesitation in recommending your villa to family and friends

Your house is very nice, I will give it a 98 out of 100.
The management company stopped by on tuesday while we were out and left their card in the front door reminding us about trash day and asking to call with any concerns. on friday they stopped by just to check in, I think my daughter talked to them, I was on the golf course at the time.
The showers are great, I'm tall and I loved the space in the showers and especially the height of the shower heads. in many places I have to bend my knees 6-8" to get under the shower head.
The decor and furniture are very nice. Everything was clean.
Overall we had a wonderful vacation. We all hated to leave your house and head home. My 8 year old nephew who is autistic but very high functioning, (he attends normal public school and does well). He even talked about how much he liked staying there, this is a higher compliment than you may realize because he rarely expresses sentiment. He kind of spoke for all of us, it really was home away from home!

The villa was beautiful. We have stayed in many vacation homes and think yours was one of the absolute best. The furnishing were lovely, and the layout was perfect for our family of eight. Also, the pool heat was great. We have been to many homes where I question whether the heat was actually on, but your pool was warm and inviting.
I do think it would be good to add a copy of the rental agreement we signed to your villa's notebook. We didn't have one with us, but I remembered several important details from it. We looked it up on our computer, but without our laptop we would have been at a loss. The day for garbage pick up was NOT posted. On the day they came we had slept late, and did not notice until after the pick up had occurred. We ended up taking some of our garbage to a local dumpster so the brown can in the garage would not be too full. Also another good addition to your notebook would be what to do with the linens. We read the note about the towels but didn't know what to do with linens. I tend to like to know exactly what is best to do and then I'm happy to follow the instructions.
Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and hope to be able to work with you again. I also want to thank you for your promptness throughout the entire rental process. You were a joy to work with.
