A great apartment in a fantastic location! We really felt at home here. Barcelona is a super city, it has all Shopping, sights, sea, sand and sunshine.
Try out “Torre del Mar” on top of the cable car for food+views. “Shoko” near port Olimpia for dinner, dancing.

Barcelona 21rd February 2007 Hola! And greetings from Mariland, the region of the Chesapeake Bay, the Preakness, steamed blue crabs and pleasant living. What a great city Barcelona is!
Fantastic architecture, wonderful people, delicious (and lovingly prepared) food, grand style and art in every corner. We are so pleased that we found this apartment! You are a generous and attentive host. We feel very comfortable and even pampered. This location is perfect for our trip as we are visiting our daughter on exchange from the University of Mariland. She’s living four blocks away and has already spent many hours visiting with us here in our “home away from home”.
May we suggest the Braseria Trobador restaurant directly across the street, visible from the living room. Excellent dinner with very good service and moderate prices. There is also a small bakery on this side of the street to the left of the apartment, very convenient in the morning.
We will recommend you to our friends at home!
All the best, Robert Bethesda Maryland, USA

Dear Alicia It was a very nice time here. The apartment is wonderfull. We will come back soon. Barcelona is a wonderfultown like Düsseldorf in Germany. We have seen a lot of hotels five, six and seven stars (Dubai), but we liked it the most in your apartment. See you soon.

Dear Alicia, Few glorious days in Barcelona and how wonderful to be "at home" in the lovely space you´are created. We truly fell in love with the city, the culture and the areas relatively close to the city.. The Dali museum and Cadaqués! We totally agree with the comments and suggestions of our international friendswho had writen in this book. The taxis, metro and train added to the greatest pleasure of all, walking and exploring the city and museums. Fabulous! This has not only been a trip to remember, but we plan to return. "Adios" for now with many thanks !

Wow, what an apartment. Home from home. Barcelona is an amazing city. Wonderful buildings, fantantics views and great places of interest. A must is a two day ticket for the Bus turistic with a stop just across the road. The Sagrado Familia is beautiful and worth the wait in the queue to the top. Try the cable car a and Teleferic de Montjuic, breathtaking views over Barcelona. Restaurants, many to choose from, although worth a try is the couple along the lane ( turn right as you leave building, then first right into lane), first one Restaurant was delicious, (Can´t remember name, although did start with a T!!)
Hope you enjoy ( it´s impossible not to)

Wonderful location! Use metro, very easy Here are our tips: 1 - First day, take the "Bus Turistic" to get your bearings, you can get on the and off easily. 2 - Keep your purse/backpack on your lap at ourdoor cafes. 3 - Definitely do museums early to avoid crowds. 4 - Keep small change handy, some skips dont´t change over 30 euros. 5 - The backery noted on previous page is very good! 6 - Keep your apartment key in a pocket. 7 - Check out the "ARTTICKET", main museums and art centers for up to 6 months (you wish!). for 20 Euros. Great value. 8 - Keep snacks in apartment, dinner hours are late here! 9 - Have a great time in one of the world´s greatest cities!
