"Just Wonderful"
We spent 1 week at Condo Serenidad. The location is perfect, a short stroll
to town either via the beach or the road. The condo is bright, modern and
spacious. The sliding glass doors opened wide so that we could enjoy the
view and the sounds of the waves crashing and all that goes with a Mexico
Vacation ( music, roosters etc ). Although the kitchen is very well equipped,
since we were there for 1 week, we ate out most of the time. The
restaurants are abundant and affordable and some are second to no where
in the world. The infinity pool is beautiful, clean and refreshing. When we
were there, it was never crowded and lounge chairs were always available,
thought the unit also provides extra beach loungers ( 4 ) to use as well. All
in all, we highly recommend this property.

"Incredible vacation experience"
We found Condo Serenidad to be even better than the web site's
description. The decor is first-class, all the appliances (large and small) are
top-of-the line, the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious...and the views
are to die for! Having been to Bucerias many times, this condo was a rare
find. It is centrally located, close to fine dining and many grocery stores and
fresh fish markets. It was a pleasure to cook most of our meals "at home",
and enjoying our after-dinner drinks on the balcony while watching the sun
go down over Banderas Bay. Life doesn't get much better than this! Other
items of importance that should be mentioned: the bed linens are of the
highest quality, the towels are thick and fluffy, and the washer and dryer
were an added convenience. The beds were as comfortable as any we have
ever slept in, and because the condo is on the third floor, we left the sliding
doors open during the night. Pure heaven listening to the sound of the
waves lulling us to sleep each night! We did hire the sweet and
accomodating cleaning lady to do mid-week cleaning for us, but the condo
is so new and clean it was a simple matter to keep it tidy between cleanings.
By the way, as of this writing, there has not been one case of the so-called
swine flu (H1N1) in either the state of Jalisco or Nayarit. So...don't let fear
stand in the way of a wonderful Mexico vacation experience!
