We stayed at the Rosedale house with my sister and her husband for our daughters graduation from college in Austin. We had a wonderful time and loved the house... so much better than two hotel rooms! The place was very clean and ready to live in. The beds were very comfortable and praised by all. Thanks for letting us stay and hope to come back soon! We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. |

| I came with three colleagues for a conference in Austin. The house was beautifully furnished, very conveniently situated, we loved sitting in the leafy garden in the evenings to eat, the kitchen was well equipped and the fruit and fresh roses were a lovely and unexpected touch. I would rate our experience as very positive. Our only complaint would be the high level of traffic noise in the front bedroom as the street outside is busy at all hours. Double glazing the windows would probably help a lot. |

Homeowner Response:
Nick, great idea. I'm going to check into a storm window to cover the existing window to provide a sound barrier. Thanks!

| While in Austin for a wedding I needed an additional house for the Out-Laws. They loved this house. They really enjoyed setting out on the screened porch and having coffee in the morning. The house is laid out well and comfortable. Would highly recommend Armin and Cindy's house for any events in Austin that you need to stay over. |

| My son was attending a baseball camp at UT during our stay. The house couldn't have been more perfect. Location wise, We were 10 minutes from the campus, there was an awesome Central Market only a few blocks away and we could jump on I-35 or Loop 1 and get anywhere easily. Aesthetically the interior is beautifully furnished and the view of back yard makes it seem very secluded. We enjoyed our time there very much |

| This was my first visit to Austin and staying at this Rosedale home made it easy and comfortable. Only a few minutes from downtown, the house is close, but not too close. It's great for family and extended family get togethers. The beds and bathrooms are really comfortable and the kitchen feels like home. It was a wonderful experience for our family. |

| We stayed at the HillHouse Rosedale last weekend (Thurs- Sun)...it was our annual "Sisters Weekend" with seven 50ish to 80 year old female relatives. The house is lovely and Cindy insured we were comfortable, setting up an extra twin bed in the huge master bedroom. The house was spotless, very comfortably furnished with plenty of towels and the master bath is a retreat in-and-of itself! It was a perfect spot for us with easy access to all things Austin. I highly recommend it! Thank you, Cindy! |

| The house was delightfully comfortable for two couples on a week's holiday to Austin. The owners greeted us in person on our arrival - an introduction to the Texas warmth we encountered throughout our stay. The house is bright and well laid out to provide private space as well as shared living areas. We enjoyed the proximity to Central Market and the barbecue in the back garden - quiet despite the street traffic. The house proved an excellent base for us to enjoy downtown Austin, Hill Country wineries, a day in San Antonio, the LBJ Museum, a basketball game at UT, a concert at the Paragon, dancing at the Broken Spoke, tennis at UT courts, and brunch with bluegrass at Threadgill's. This was our first visit to Texas, and we'd love to come back. I recommend the house highly. |

My husband and I visit Austin for several weeks each winter to spend time with our son and daughter-in-law. Hill House is as comfortable as our own home. It has lovely decor, a good working kitchen, and a beautiful outdoor space. We love the sunroom and spend much time there in the morning drinking coffee and reading the paper. The location is close to most everything we like to do in Austin -- restaurants, shopping, Lady Bird Lake and the green spaces.
We are booked for our winter visit again this winter. We recommend it highly. |

| We had such a great time in Austin for our family reunion and my Niece's graduation from UT. The Hill House was exactly what we needed to make the two events flow effortless. The decor was inviting and comfortable. I loved starting the morning with a good cup of coffee in the sun room. I highly recommend the Hill House to anyone traveling to Austin. |

Many thanks, you provided a very comfortable and supportive space for our series of meetings. Your home was a home as well as a great work space for us. We enjoyed the garden and the large conservatory that gave such a great view of local wild life. I would highly recommend your home for both work and pleasure. Loved the furnishings, the well equiped kitchen and the comfortable seating. Thank you for having us. Best Wishes, Helen Benton (Global Development Team JMJ) |
