Great location,clean and comfortable.We were a group of four friends staying for 10 days and found the accomadations to be perfect for relaxing,golfing and sightseeing.We have stayed in these condos on a previous vacation and would not hesitate to return again as we just love the property.

| Great Condo...well stocked, perfectly decorated (HD Cable and Big Screen TV also). 50 steps to the pool, hot tub and 2 BBQ's...PERFECT. Extremely well stocked kitchen (settings for 8 not 4)with every knife possible. Great location close to all Golf courses and only 4 hours from the Grand Canyon. Thanks Steve...it was great. |

| We had a very nice week-long stay at Steve's condo. It is tastefully decorated, giving you the feeling of being at a high quality hotel yet with the convenience of having your own kitchen. Very quiet and close to the main pool. We have a lot of family in the Phoenix area so we will definitely be back. |

| WOW!!!!! This condo was even more beautiful in person. What you see on the Internet is exactly what you get. The kitchen was well stocked had everything I needed to cook meals with. We did have problems with the air conditioning Steve was not able to have it fixed so he put us up at the Hilton resorts in a suite and Dinner on him. The air was fixed the next day. Thank you Steve for making our stay great. If our Team attends the volleyball festival next year we will most definitely stay at this condo |

| We stayed at this property for 14 days and had a sensational time. Steve's instructions were clear and easy to follow. The condo was sensational w/ excellent amenities. New flat screen TV's in each room; sensational kitchen and master bedroom/bath. Close to everything. It was a total pleasure. Best trip in last 10 years. Thank you!! We'll be back! Stayed 7 days with my sisters from New Jersey. Nicely appointed, cozy, quiet, and comfortable. Close access to pool and spa was a delight. Fully stocked kitchen and laundry room made everything easy. Lots to eat, see, and do in surrounding areas. Thanks for a great stay, Steve. I'll be back!

Our family of four stayed 2 weeks at this property during the hot Phoenix summer and found everything to be absolutely perfect! Clean, modern, anything you want and need. Great pool and grounds. Highly recommend!

| Thanks for a great stay in your condo. This is the kind of housing we look for while traveling and this was among the nicest.so clean and fully equipped there was nothing missing. And the fact that it was in such a convenient area for traveling was another plus. We plan on coming back next year! (love the furniture) |
