Although they usually don't rent for less than a
week, Pat and Jo Ann are sometimes willing to rent
for a couple of weekend nights -- not the entire
house -- but a bedroom ( with coffeemaker and
fresh coffee), bathroom, your own private entrance
and back yard. This house is always immaculate
and fresh, and we love hiding away here while
enjoying Santa Barbara.

| We have stayed in this lovely house several times and keep coming back. The house is lovely, the owners incredibly thoughtful, and it's just the right setting for a restful and rejuvenating vacation. Our plan is to keep going back again and again! |

My husband and I, plus our two dogs stayed in this
rental for a few days in August. It was incredibly
relaxing and tranquil. The owners provide lots of
local info from restaurants to hiking trails.The
owners were very nice and accommodating to
renter's needs. Highly reccommended. |

| My husband and I loved Santa Barbara, and found the house a very peaceful place to stay. It is comfortable and homey. My husband and I like to cook for ourselves and found the house well equipped with kitchen accessories. The neighborhood in which the house is located is lovely with many trees and mountains in the background. We hated having to leave it! |

| We met my sister and her husband, and we came down with our 8-month old, half-way between our respective homes, on Valentine's Day weekend. The house was lovely, peaceful, and big enough for 4 adults to hang out, cook and laugh -- all while a baby slept in the next room... We were especially appreciative of being able to book for less than a full week. |

| My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. If it hadn't been for the house, we wouldn't have liked Santa Barbara very much. We love the area and the privacy. The hot tub was great and well worth it. I would recommend to anyone to stay there. Thank you for making our stay so great. |

| I stayed here for a week during Christmas. The house is attractive, very comfortable and very clean. It is in a particularly nice section of Santa Barbara. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay very comfortable. I settled in right away as if it were my own home. I highly recommend this house. |
