Each year we try to get all of our children and grandchildren together in one spot for a vacation. This was our all-time favorite! This beautiful villa definitely lived up to its billing. It was perfect for all ages. The setting was so georgous that we almost hated to leave the place to do any of the other great things that abound in San Diego.
We had a wonderful cruise in the yacht with Captain Timmy, and we had lots of fun using the duffy. We are midwesterners, so the beach was a special treat. It was so close we could walk.
The owner, Mike, went out of his way to be sure that we had what we needed and that we had a good time. It was a great vacation. |

The beach house was spectacular! I was amazed by
the size and views. There was plenty of space for
everyone and lots of great places to enjoy sunny San
Diego. The patio, with the ping-pong table, b-ball
hoops, and lounge chairs was ideal. Not to mention
the fun room upstairs with a complete pool table
and TV. What more could you ask for? Thanks for a
great weekend! |

| We stayed here with some friends for a wedding and had an amazing time. The There are so many good places to sit and talk or play. Much better than being trapped in a small hotel room for a weekend. The owner was a pleasure to work with and was truly concerned with us having a great time. The boat ride was amazing as well, Captain Timmy was a great tour guide. We will be back! |

WONDERFUL HOME !! We spent our Wedding week
at this wonderful home in Early May 2008. The
Family (Plenty of room) Shared the House for our
Hotel Del Wedding. The Owners were so Great we
ending up asking them to Join us at out wedding as
guests the friday night of our stay at there Vacation
Home. House was Clean, and had everything you
could dream of needing. Seconds from everything
on the Island. We took the Boat out on the Harbor
(With 15 Family and Friends) and was able to watch
the Red Bull Air Races that were going on over the
weekend. Over the top, Home and a Steal of a Deal
for a Single Couple or Large Group. Thanks Again

| my family and I wanted to thank you for one of our best vacations! thanksgiving 07 we had it all beautiful home with all the toys, perfect wheather, lots of sunshine, we enjoyed being able to walk out the back door at any time and take a sight seeing cruise's in the big 60ft sea ray around san diego bay, ridding the wave runners was one of our favorite things to do..for fun in the sun a short 5 to 10 min walk and you find youself on one of san diegos best beaches..or hopp on your bike for a stroll along the beach.. 10 min drive into coronado for shopping/dinning.The perfect vacation coronado caves..we will be back!!! |

AWESOME!! One of the best vacations we ever had! The house amenities, view and location are fantastic! We would lounge on the patio and take the wave runners out in the morning, go to the beach in the afternoon and dine in the evening. The view and sunsets are beautiful. We enjoyed all the things Coronado and San Diego has to offer. The yacht and the captain are great! We took it out for a sunset cruise. We eventually docked at a San Diego Restaurant for dinner. After dinner we got back on the yacht for the ride home. No cars or taxi’s were needed, we docked at our house!
We highly recommend renting this home! It will forever be a wonderful memory! We will definitely take advantage of this opportunity again!
