House worked out great for us with two
small kids (1 and 4) -- all one floor
and the crib was great. Short walk to
the beach was no problem and we had the
beach almost to ourselves most of the
time. Area was very quiet and the house
itself was clean, comfortable, and had
everything we needed to enjoy the beach.
We would definitely return. |

| My mother rented this lovely beach home for mother's day 2009,and invited my brother his familly and my family which consist of my husband and two children,it was like a family reunion and we had some wonderful memories there,and the home just made this wonderful weekend seem to come ctogether.My husband and children would love to rent this enchanting home again for a week.Thanks for the wonderful weekend thePreslars And the Boyetts |

I was very glad that my place was open. They were used to going somewhere else and could not get that place. So it was nice that they could still get together and enjoy the holiday together. I hope they come back next year!

| May, 2009: We just loved "Weekend at Bernie's" and the Cape San Blas area. It was our first trip to the area and we loved the dog friendly, quiet beaches. The house was so comfortable, very clean, and spacious. Beautiful clean beach with lots of shells and sand dollars, too, and we had it all to ourselves lots of the time. We will be recommending it to our friends and we hope to come back soon! |

| This house is fabulous! We had such a great time. We thought we'd be on top of each other with 6 adults, 2 dogs and a baby, but there's more than enough room and it's quite comfortable. The pictures don't do it justice. And Jyll was a pleasure to work with. Thanks so much! |

| My husband, myself, and the dogs stayed at this beach house last summer and had to come back for our spring break this year. We absolutely love it. The house is very close to the beach, stocked with everything you need that you could ever imagine, and just feels like home. The community is incredibly peaceful and the beaches are as well. Amazingly stunning beach. Very dog-friendly...great place to come to get away from it all...we'll be back! |

| The house had everything we need Crib in the spare bedroom as well as a port a crib in case the baby needs to sleep in another room. It has DSL internet access and SAT TV with all the movie channels. It's only a block from the Gulf in a quiet neighborhood. And lastly the owner was very nice and easy to work with. We wish we could have stayed longer.... |

Thanks for a great week in your wonderful home! It was so comfortble and had everything we could need. We really enjoyed sitting under the house at night where you have the chairs and such set up at the grill. It was the most relaxing vacation vacation we have had in a long time. Thank you for offering your wonderful home with all of the personal touches!!!!
