We arrived at the guest house after dark and felt welcome from the start. We found the fireplace lit, two complimentary bottles of wine and some basics in the fridge. We awakened the following morning to the breathtaking view of the mountains and property that is visible from almost every room. We met Mary Beth and found all kinds of helpful information to activities, businesses and restaurants nearby with excellent directions. We visited the Rio Grande Gorge, the Kit Carson National Forest up over the Colorado border and the Wild Waters area as well. My wife referred to the place as her HG-TV house. We can understand why your guests want to return for another visit. Add us to the list of those that plan to return. Ray and Roe Dennis

Thank you for having us here and for making our visit so enjoyable. Our week has flown by too quickly, and we really hate to leave, but we hope that we can come back some day. I am so glad that you have created this place of harmony of peace, of spirituality, of refuge—a true Querencia!
With much love,

We had a great time at Querencia. It was our first visit to Taos. We were very relaxed and able to have a great time with our children. Thanks you for providing such a peaceful place. The Baynard Family Boulder County, CO |

This property was amazing. The home was showered with TLC. The land surrounding the home was great for morning or afternoon hikes, the hot tub was great for relaxing after a long day of sight seeing. The master tub was a great romantic get away. The kitchen had everything you needed for preparing your own meals. The owners Quest and Shannon were terrific. They helped out in any area needed. We can't wait for our next visit to this amazing home.

Our family truly enjoyed our time at this beautiful home. The owners and caretaker have thought of everything and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. I mean, really -- there is a complimentary locker at the ski valley, a membership card for the local grocery and a couple of bottles of wine waiting when you walk in the door. These folks know a thing or two about hospitality!

This house was a wonderful pleasure to stay the weekend. Everything was clean, modern and convenient. Ya gotta check out the master tub (WOW). Shannon was a pleasure to work with and Mary Beth and Roxie are part of the property that makes it complete. We felt very at home during our stay. Thank you all for a wonderful time in Taos. We will be staying here again - NO DOUBT!!!!!!

Querencia Taos is a stunning, enchanting retreat in a perfect location. The setting is captivating. You can pamper yourself in the hot tub while sipping champagne and enjoying the magnificent views. The Guest House has two bedrooms and two baths and contemporary kitchen. It is beautifully decorated and complete with a cozy fireplace and heated floors. It is both luxurious and private. There is even a live-in caretaker. Departing from this memorable, impressive haven was anything but easy. We look forward to our next visit to this magical hideaway.

Tranquillity and serenity personifies this rental and it's location. The amenities are superb but not overdone, you feel like "you belong". You're isolated from the crowd but still only minutes away from everything. Can't wait to go back, this is a "keeper". Did I mention the sunsets?

Peaceful, serene and magical. The location is perfect, close to everything yet private with breathtaking evening sunsets. The cottage is new and has a caretaker on the grounds to assist if necessary. The only disappointment was that we had to leave, but we'll be back!
