| We had a wonderful "girls" weekend at Casa Bella! Once we were at the house and unpacked, we really had no reason to leave. The home is so well furnished, maintained and stocked with everything you need. We couldn’t ask for a better view of the ocean. And the sunsets...just beautiful! It was wonderful to be able to walk right across the street to the beach. In addition to the beautiful home, Mia is great to work with, very accommodating and friendly. Mia, thank you so much for sharing your home! |

| We spent our 19th anniversary at Casa Bella in late September and had a blast! The weather was warm, water was calm, and house was perfect. As the girls skim boarded, my husband and I made fools of ourselves boogie boarding in the bay and haven't laughed so hard in a long, long time. The easy walk to the beach was a plus---no goat path to clammer down after a long day of self abuse in the surf. Easy steps greatly appreciated! Thanks again! |

We very much enjoyed our three day ladies Bodega Bay Bridge Party at Casa Bella.The ocean views are wondeful and the peace,quiet, and surrounding nature very relaxing. The spaciousness of the house and the indoor-outdoor living was perfect for the 6 of us. Thank you for your prompt attention and flexiblity during our stay. We had a great time!

| The house is in excellent condition, clean and very quiet and comfortable. The ocean views couldn't be much better. It is also a very short walk to the ocean. We visited the house in late July and took a number of walks on the beach. There are very few people there, even though it is great for walking or sun bathing. I strongly recommend this rental. |

| We had a great family reunion at Casa Bella. There were 17 people in and out over 5 days and everyone was comfortable and had a good time. Kayaking on Valley Ford slough was excellent. The most fun we had was making giant bubbles and sending them up the hill on the gentle updrafts. It was a magical stay. |

Dear Mia,
We came upon your unique home on the ocean and couldn't believe what you offer. Your delightful home is stocked with every little thing I could think I needed and more that I hadn't even thought of. My eighty-four year old mom, her seventy-nine year old sister and my sixty and fifty-two year old sisters were so comfortable in your wonderful, clean place. We cooked until we couldn't eat anymore and found your kitchen perfect. Having four bathrooms made getting ready easy with all these women. The loft ia a wonderful place to gather to watch movies(and yep, we watched The Birds) and view the incredible sights of the ocean. Walking across the street to the beach enabled me to embrace the beauty and ponder the meaning of life. Ha! I hope to return soon and thank you for all your attention to the details. Casa Bella could also be called.... A Slice of Heaven. |

| Eight friends stayed at Casa Bella as a weekend getaway and had a phenomenal time. The house is perfect for a large group as it's quite sprawling and spacious, with plenty of room to socialize. The proximity to the ocean can't be beat - walk to the end of the lot, cross the street, and you're there! The pictures don't do it justice. |

To quote my 12 year old as she first walked through the door, "this place is AWESOME"!
We thoroughly enjoyed this place as the three generations of our family got together for a terrific bonding time.
The courtyard was a great place to hang out for BBQ.
The entire house was beautifully equipped with every convenience from the delicious gourmet coffee beans in the fish container to the kites we flew.
There was one thing bad - it was when we had to leave. We will be back! |

| We stayed in Casa Bella over the Memorial Day weekend. From the moment we arrived we were instantly relaxed by the beautiful surroundings. The house itself is very private, and extremely comfortable. It is very well equipped with everything we needed. A beautiful garden awaits you when you enter the front gate along with a stunning fountain, where you can bbq, and sit in the beautifully furnished courtyard. Inside the front door you are greeted by the HUGE ocean staring you right in the face!! A sight to behold. The house itself is roomy, and furnished very nicely. Every bedroom has it's own bath which is a major plus. The bedrooms are very comfortable, and we slept like babies being lulled to sleep by the sound of waves. We had the the most wonderful time just relaxing and taking in the beauty of the Sonoma Coast in all its splendor. We would return in a heartbeat. |

Casa Bella is exactly that, a beautiful home.
I grew up spending holidays and summer vacations in Bodega Bay. Over the course we’ve rented many homes in the area, none of which compare to Casa Bella. You could not ask for a better location and proximity to the beach cannot be beat. Every room in the house has stunning unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean. The backyard area which faces the ocean is very large, unfenced grassy area with chairs perfectly situated to take every advantage of the view. There is also a private path that takes you directly to Portuguese Beach.
The house is attractive from every angle. The front of the house features an enclosed garden/courtyard area perfect for barbeques and eating outdoors. The area is beautifully landscaped, has patio furniture for relaxing and is sheltered from the wind. As for the interior, the house is immaculate and tastefully decorated. The beds are very comfortable; kitchen is perfect for entertaining and fully equipped and the large dinning room table was great as well for meals and playing games.
Casa Bella is picture perfect. Our family looks forward to staying there again soon. The owners, Mia and Mike were wonderful to work with….

We had a family reunion over Christmas and were fortunate enough to be able to rent Casa Bella for our family from Colorado. It is impossible to say in a few words how truly amazing this home is. It was decorated with a beautiful Christmas tree and there were Christmas decorations in every room in the house.
Since my family members don't get to see the ocean very often, they were absolutely thrilled to see that it was directly in front of them and just a very short walk to the beautiful beach. The sunsets from the front yard are something that you cannot describe unless you actually see them. They are different every evening.
The house itself was immaculate and very well equipped with anything you could possibly need. The owners do an outstanding job of making you feel like you are a very special guest in their home. There is no way we would rent any other home for our family in Bodega except for Casa Bella.

| Casa Bella is truly a 'home' not a rental property - from the fully equipped kitchen down to the great DVDs to watch and CDs to play AND comfortable mattresses and pillows! Not to mention the beautiful views, sunsets, and gardens. We had such a lovely stay made even nicer by the owner being so responsive and gracious. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bodega Bay! After 4 days and nights for a family reunion in August at Casa Bella, we didn’t want to leave. It is impossible not to repeat the previously posted positive comments about the great location, fantastic sunsets, un-crowded beaches, etc., so I am happy to confirm that the prior comments do honestly reflect our own experience. I believe my wife summed it up well as we were leaving, when she said that Casa Bella was the best furnished and supplied property we have ever stayed at. The owners were great to deal with and you will leave feeling that you truly shared their home, not a rental! We look forward to the opportunity of “visiting” them again.

We had a lovely stay for 4 nights. The house is very comfortable and the views are wonderful. Meals in the back garden are sunny, quiet and restful. A new restaurant, Terappin Creek has the best food we've had in that area and was a real treat.
The owners are respectful, thoughtful and very helpful.
A good place for kids or older people as well. |

| We spent 3 days and 3 nights with our 4 kids at Casa Bella and loved it! It was a nice, comfortable home and we thoroughly enjoyed the beach, the wildlife (four deer on the front lawn!) and just relaxing and watching the sunsets. We went kayaking on the Russian River and horseback riding on the beach,which was so much fun! Everything was just perfect--the only negative might be that our teenagers couldn't get cell phone reception in Bodega Bay, but it made for a more peaceful vacation. We will definitely be back when we're in the area. Thanks! |

We spent three days and nights at Casa Bella and it's hard to
put into words how positive our experience was. This is not a
rental property. . . it's a home. We had a family get together
and everyone was constantly discovering amazing touches. The
gorgeous gardens are teaming with wildlife, there are seating
areas and many moods to fit differing times of day and weather.
We had plans to explore the area by car but we only left the
house briefly for provisions and explored the local beaches on
foot. There is an amazing uncrowded beach directly off the
huge front lawn. While sitting on the deck, waiting for the
sunset we had a magnificent spouting display by a pod of 6
California Gray whales. The house itself is fully and
thoughtfully equipped.
I could go on and on but I don't want to make it so popular that
we can't get back in. But we have already booked next year so
have at it! |

| We've stayed at Casa Bella a couple times and it was wonderful. We love to BBQ in the protectected court yard and then relax with a glass of wine in the back waiting for that perfect sunset over the ocean. The home feels so private and comfortable. The beds you just want to melt away in. The beach is fantastic, never crowed like some of the others in the area and all you have to do is walk a few feet and your there! You can' go wrong with this home. |

| I stayed here for one night in the summer of 07 and really enjoyed it. The house was extremely clean, well stocked and had so much to offer. The furniture is very comfortable and the bedrooms are large. My favorite part of this house is the upper level where you can sit and watch the sunset over the beach or relax and view a movie. I definitely recommend visiting this house for it is not only a very nice place to stay but is located close to the beach. |
