The weather was perfect and the water smooth. We are really enjoying ourselves. We have already gone scalloping, rented a boat and spent an afternoon in Appalachicola. We had a really great Thanksgiving week at A Tropical Breeze, with our good friends the Cotes. We added a new 46' LCD flat screen tv in the living room and moved the existing tv to the Palm Paradise bedroom. The guys had lots of luck fishing. In two trips they caught 12 different kinds of fish, over 100 fish in total. We just finished eating a great fish fry on our last night. Thanksgiving weather was perfect and we were on the beach in our swimsuits. Today there were 4 surfers in wetsuits.
Last night we had an oyster feast at Indian Pass Rawbar. We're sad to be heading home, but we are all rested to begin the holiday season.

Where do we begin? This year was truly the best if possible!! My daughter, Nikki, had her dream wedding here It was PERFECT!! Reconnecting with family and friends, the long walks on the beach, watching others do the same. The gorgeous skies
whether it be stormy or calm blue skies. The magnificent sunsets. Falling asleep to the sound of the surf, waking up to singing birds. Watching the seagulls and pelicans across the water or sandpipers tripping along the waters edge. Waiting for the dolphins to swim by. There is one thing I found enchanting, the wooden walkover leading over to the white sand dunes. I can't take my eyes off it. What a beautiful and perfect experience. Oh, seeing the full lunar eclipse, while sitting on top of the walkway.

Another special week at A Tropical Breeze. Many family memories made to treasure! The great weather, beach walks/runs, bike rides, sunsets and family time. Exploring the bay in kayaks and seeing a sea turtle was a highlight. Weston was the king of scalloping and Ashley the queen. Pontoon boating in the bay and walking the northern tip of the Cape was fantastic. We celebrated our 19th wedding anniversary.

We are back yet again to Tropical Breeze. We have been coming to the Cape for 38 years. I must say that this beats the early camping days. This is our 4th stay at a Tropical Breeze.
This year we invited my mother-in-law, my wife's sister and husband and their daughter and her husband, add our two boys and we had a full house.
Fun was had by all and they enjoyed their first visit to the Cape. We may return in 2009 as Easter is too early next year.

Once again a wonderful trip to A Tropical Breeze. My favorite part is the spectacular view of the ocean. It is mesmerizing! The star show at night was unbelievable. We also saw our first orange moon set!
The kids are getting older and do their own thing swimming, fishing, and meeting new friends while playing football and bocce ball on the beach. That means the adults are free to enjoy walks on the beach and lounge with a great book down by the ocean.
We created awesome family memories from the fabulous Thanksgiving meal, a night out at Toucans, euchre where the "sisters rule" and a great fireworks display.

This was our first, but certainly not our last stay at A Tropical Breeze. Even though we forgot our baby gates, our triplet daughters had a great time experiencing the beach for the first time.
Surf fishing was some of the best we've experienced. A sea turtle laid it's eggs at the foot of the boardwalk steps and the tracks leading back out to sea lasted the week. We found the property to be very accomodating with plenty of room and beautifully furnished. We can't wait to make a reservation for next year.

Just back from the Cape. I was there organizing our deep clean before the spring rental season begins. Of course it wasn't all work. I took some beautiful walks on the beach. Even though the temperature was only in the high 50's it was still fabulous. One evening I had the sun setting over the Gulf on my left and the moon rising on my right. That was truly a beautiful sight. The beach was also much larger. We gained another 30 feet of beach since I was there in September. Not only was it bigger but there were also more shells on the beach than ever before. This is not the most popular time for the beach but it is truly one of the most beautiful.

We had a wonderful week at Cape San Blas. The house was perfect for the 12 of us - the water beautiful. Swimming in the water at the sandbar was as delightful as could be for our little one who could stand up and splash without fear.

We are the co owners of Tropical Beeze and I usually don't write in the guest book but first I would like to say that luckily we had minimal damage from Hurricane Dennis which has been repaired and the house and beach are as beautiful as ever.
Second we had two really great experiences that I wanted to share. We went scalloping in St. Joseph Park right off the beach area in the bay. We walked no more than 100 feet from the shore and found over 200 scallops. They were hiding in the water grass like Easter eggs. What a delicious meal they made.
The next day we rented a boat in the Port St. Joe marina. The guys spent the morning fishing and than picked up the rest of our group at noon at the St. Joseph park, just next to where we scalloped. About a mile out we were surrounded by dolphins. There must have been at least 20. They really put on a show for us and we were beside ourselves with excitement, both kids and adults alike.
We then boated to the end of the cape to swim and look around. We were in shallow water when 2 dolphins swam within 10 feet of us. My 8 year old just keeps saying, "We swam with the dolphins!!!"
We also found about 20 sand dollars at our feet buried slightly in the sand, along with a crab and a starfish.
After dropping us off the guys continued to fish and caught several black tip sharks by the bouy, near the bridge at St. Joe beach, still in the bay.

We had a great first trip to Cape San Blas and what a beautiful house. We filled the house to maximum capacity. The kids loved the beach and crabbing at night.
Dinner at sunset grill was excellent.
We plan to return next year and stay at Tropical Breeze and bring a couple of more families to stay in the house next door. We are sad to go home today and wish we could stay forever.

We all had a wonderful time at Tropical Breeze. I especially loved the "Palm Paradise" room. It is so cool. I also love "Under the Sea", the room I slept in with my 3 cousins. I also can't get over the fact that our house is right on the beach. All of the house is decorated beautifully. We will definitely see you next year.

Tropical Breeze was great. It was the best house I have stayed in and I have been coming to Florida all my life. Had ok weather. The house was the best.

We rented Tropical Breeze on our very first trip to Cape San Blas two years ago. Now we have had two reunions and brought three other couples down with us for vacations.
We even bought our own beachfront lot here.
The house is very light and airy. This is the best part of the Cape. Thank you for sharing your home with us. It truly epitomizes the flavor of the Cape.

We're back. In April '03 we rented here for 11 days. Before we left we booked 2004 for 2 weeks. We love your home and location. It gives you enough privacy from the beach but you are close enough to hear the waves. This year we went charter fishing with Captain Pete and had a great time.

You have a beautiful and spacious home. The Palm Paradise bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept in. We love the big dining table. Beautiful view. I kayaked with the playful dolphins right in front of Tropical Breeze. We loved exploring St. Vincent Island.
This house is amazing. My room is where the bunkbeds are and we made a fort. We are called the dolfens. I am dolfen 1 and my sister is dolfen 2

A Tropical Breeze is truly a slice of heaven on earth. We have created so many memories for our family. The summer fishing is superb right off of the beach. Dinner of redfish and trout provided two great meals. We had a blast catching bait(minnows) with a net right off of the beach, almost as thrilling as catching the fish.
Our crabbing/scalloping experience was our first ever, how exciting! The children enjoyed boogie boarding and catching the waves for a fun ride. We can't wait to come back.

Your home shows great care and thought towards all of the creature comforts. the ping pong table, games for the kids, an amply supplied kitchen, to the plumpy mattresses, numerous blankets and pillows.
