| This condo is absolutely awesome. The owner has thought of everything you could possibly need and then added more for your continued enjoyment and comfort. The layout of the condo is wonderful with the two spacious master bedrooms and the third bedroom with the trundle beds. The flat panal TV's in all the rooms make it nice for everyone to spread out and watch their favorite shows. The beds are extremely comfortable with the luxury linens and down comforters. The decadent big tubs and showers are great. The condo is in a fantastic location and is very private and quiet. You are close to everything in the village, but removed from the noise of the activities near the skating rink. Our kids were able to leave the mountain when they wanted and return easily to the condo to rest. The village has numerous fun activities, shops and restaurants to enjoy once you leave the mountain. It is really convenient to be able to just walk out the front door and have access to so many amenities. The owner is amazing and goes out of his way to make sure your vacation is perfect, he also works closely with the concierge at the village to assist the guests once they arrive. This was especially helpful for tips on where to eat, get groceries delivered before arrival and activities for the kids and adults. The computer and printer in the unit is also very helpful for checking the weather and printing out boarding passes. Hands down, this was the best condo or vacation rental home we have ever stayed at and we will definetely return to this specific condo in the future. |

| Thank you. We had a wonderful stay at this Tahoe property. There were eight in our group. The kids loved it, especially the closeness to the the Village and ski lifts. |

My family stayed in this beautiful condo over Christmas holidays. The rooms are spacious and lovely. The beds are incredibly comfortable. On New Year's Eve we had fire dancer's right outside the lobby door and we had a perfect view of fireworks outside our patio door. It is so nice to be right in the village, our kids skated every night. The owner is lovely and helpful.
It's a great location at a great price, we'll be back. |

| The condo was very nice and clean. There were seven people in our group and we all very comfortable. The kids loved playing right outside the back door. There was a flatscreen in each bedroom and the bathroom floors had radiant heat, which was great. The condo was very quiet and we were very close to everything. It was a great deal. We are planning on staying there again. |

We recently stayed at this property with our kids and loved it. The location is private and quite. The condo is steps from the village, very convenient. The owner was very helpful and always available by phone or email. We will definetely rent this condo again.

we recently stayed in this condo and it was
fabulous! the unit is on the ground floor with easy
access to the underground garage. it's also very
close to the main pick-up drop-off area. we also
liked that it wasn't right in the middle of the center
of the village as there was no noise at all in our unit
and i've stayed at squaw village overlooking the
main area and it was really loud. instead, there are
great views looking out into a wooded area at the
bottom of the mountains. also the unit is just a few
steps away from the hot tubs and workout facility
(which is super nice with individual flatscreen tv's
on each cardio machine)
the kitchen overlooks the living room which has a
huge tv and the unit is equipped with a state of the
art entertainment system, including dvr, dvd, cable,
stereo, surround sound, etc. the master bedroom
is large and on the opposite side of the condo from
the other bedrooms. the master bath is huge! all
of the fixtures, linens, etc are what you would
expect in a luxury condo.
there's free internet and a computer in the unit
which is super handy for looking up activities,
weather, etc. however, the folks who work at the
village all know the owner and went out of their way
to help us... providing lists of things to do, maps,
suggestions of where to go, etc. we really felt like
we had our own personal concierge.
for those with kids/ babies, the staff will help you
with any baby gear you need (you can rent
everything from a full sized crib to a high chair,
etc.) there are 2 rocking chairs in the living room...
great for rocking babies! there are also games and
books in the unit for small children which helped
with our 2 yr old. one thing we really like was that
the bathrooms in both the master bedroom and the
2nd bedroom were big enough to hold our pack-n-
play so we were able to have our 7 month old sleep
in our room with us with the bathroom door shut
so she didn't keep us up all night with her 'night
noises'.
overall, this is a great condo and i'm sure we'll be
staying here again. the owner is very easy to work
with and really wanted us to have a nice time... and
with the way we were treated by the staff, we felt
more like 'friends of the owner' than renters.
