Thank you Joann for a wonderful stay at Emerald Bay. Our group of 6 had plenty of room, comfortable beds, extra clean, decorated rooms, just like home. Thank you for making it so easy to arrive and depart. The only thing we didn't really like was having to wash and dry the towels before we left. It surely wasn't that hard but we felt the $50. clean up fee should have included that. It was just time consuming with us trying to get away early. Thanks again for being so efficient. M. Ingram

We recently stayed at Emerald Bay 3
bedroom, 3 bath condo with our kids
and grandkids. We all felt right at
home. Since it snowed a bunch the
grandkids watched movies, played cards,
and enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. The kitchen is well stocked with everything
you need to make a meal. The washer
and dryer was great. We would like to
come back in warmer weather. |

This is my grandson's first Christmas in Branson.... Thanks for making it even more memorable with your lovely condo. His parents were married at Silver Dollar City several years ago. My children have enjoyed many, many trips to Branson... Their "second home".
We have stayed at many different hotels, including "family units". This experience was much more pleasurable. Comfortable, relaxing, a great place to relax, play cards, watch movies after a day of shopping and Silver Dollar City.
If you happen to be concerned about the location, don't be. It is a quick drive to the strip, without the traffic back-up. You can access anything in 15 minutes.
Perfection. You can bet you will hear from us again...

Excellent place to stay. Clean, new, well decorated, ample space, well stocked, parking, security, great environment, even if you do not play golf. We were here for a week in a three bedroom condo -- all we could want. Don't let anyone tell you that its too far from the theater strip on 76. Not so, unless you are walking. One of the best things about the place is working with management to book the place. My wife and I highly recommend the Pointe Royale condos.

| What a wonderful vacation that we had in the Emerald Pointe Condos!! :-) Even booking with Joanne is a breeze. I really appreciate how she was so friendly, customer oriented, and very organized. I will only go through her for condos in Branson. I have taken several trips with friends, and everybody has remarked how homey, clean, and just gorgeous the condo is. Even the young ones didn't want to leave the condo, because of how relaxing our condo was. With having everything at our fingertips, we were able to just enjoy ourselves, and have a stress free vacation. In fact this condo is so highly recognized, that I now have a waiting list of friends you want to go there. Keep doing what you do best- Joanne- providing stress free vacations. Maybe you should show the other ones that provide vacations how to do it. They will be able to learn alot. Thanks again!!! |

We had such a great time in Branson. We loved our three bedroom condo at Pointe Royale unit #56. Evey morning I enjoyed exercising at the (very clean, well equiped) fitness center at the clubhouse. Every late afternoon (after Silver Dollar City)our family enjoyed the indoor pool at the clubouse.
We definitly will be calling Joanne our next visit to Branson. She went out of her way to be helpful. The best we talked to about renting a condo.

| We just stayed at the Emerald Bay Condos in September with my wife's parents, our pastor and his wife. We couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more. It was nice to have the space to sit around and visit with the privacy of a bedroom and bathroom for each couple. It only takes a few minutes to get into Branson, yet you are staying in a quiet peaceful environment on the lake. We definately plan on doing this again. |

| We just stayed in the Emerald Bay condos in July. We can honestly say that after staying here we cannot imagine a better location in Branson. You are close enough to everything and yet far enough away to enjoy the peace and stay out of the traffic. We love boating and the water here was peaceful and quiet. We suggest taking your boat around the corner to Big Cedar Lodge and trying their restaurants. The smokehouse is fabulous and The Buzzard Bar with the musician in the evening is a night to remember. |

Joanne was an absolute pleasure to work with and we highly recommend you booking a condo with her! A few things we recommend in Branson...Ride the Ducks, Shorty Smalls Restaurant, Peppercorns Breakfast Buffet and the New Branson RecPlex in the Parks and Recreation Department. |

We stayed in the Emerald Bay condo over Spring Break. My husband and two teenage sons and mother. We trully enjoyed the condo. Very tastifully deocorated with plenty of room to spread out and yet have individual privacy. Everything was considered for the visitors comfort. I would highly recommend this place to visit - close to Branson but off the beaten path.

| The condo was so beautiful and so homey, we enjoyed our stay so much, we found ourselves in a hurry to get back to the condo after only being out for a short time on the strip. I was so pleasantly surprised at how furnished it was, we did not have to furnish anything but food, it was wonderful!! I recommend these accommodations over hotels any day!! |

It was roomy and spacious and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously. We cooked some and ate out some, but we had everything we needed, whatever we decided to do. We just completed our 4th annual girls only Christmas shopping spree, the 2nd year we stayed in these beautiful condos. The condo's at Emerald Bay are decorated so lovely, they feel so homey and comfortable. The Christmas decorations really put you in the spirit of the season.
We hit all 3 shopping areas, Tangar is our favorite, but we do plenty of damage at the Red Roof and The Shoppe's. The craft mall is also a good place to hit.
We enjoy the lights and fun at Silver Dollar City, this is a must to see.
We plan on making this a tradition in our group and plan to continue with Joann's lovely condos for as long as we can.

I just wanted to take the time to Thank Joann for helping a victim of Ivan. No damage to my home but the Feast site in Fort Walton was canceled due to Ivan and the feast was only a week away. With Joann's help my family will be able to sit back and enjoy God's feast.
God Bless you and your friends for helpings us and my elderly handicapped mother. I know God will bless you all!

If you are looking for peace and serenity then you must rent here. Watching from the glass sliding doors or from the enclosed glass porch, you can see the birds, with the largest wing spread I have ever encountered. Soaring around the mountain for hours! You actually felt like you were soaring with the eagles! It was the perfect place to be!
The decorations will also hold your interest! They make you feel right at home and fun to be in. I have been to Branson three times and this was by far the most peaceful and serine place I have stayed at! You have to experience it to really understand what I am taking about.
Her guest book was full of comments from so many people who really enjoyed their stay and kept coming back each year! And I truly understand why! The whole world is shut out and you are finally at peach from the rat race. You will hate to leave.
There is a small town very close and we really utilized it. Grocers, movie rentals and great food, what ever your needs are. So if you don’t want to go far this is great!
The shows are out standing! Decent, wholesome family fun for all ages! No drinking, no gambling and no cursing. Just true patriot, God loving people who go out of their way to make your stay the best!
You never feel crowded as there is plenty of room and!
If I was forced to say which the best were so far, I would have to say the Branson Belle, day or night! Great lunch or dinner and great entertainment! The train was awesome! I felt like I was in a Hollywood movie the scenery was so beautiful. You can even see some unusual animals that they will point out for you.
Dolly’s place was a great experience and a lot of fun!!
Every show is different and so good I couldn’t say which you should see. You will have to chose that for yourself but know it will be the best ever!

My wife and I have been going to Branson twice a year for the past ten years and have stayed at a variety of resorts and condominiums. The past four years we have stayed at Branson Discount Condos on Emerald Bay. When I first discovered Branson Discount Condo Rental, I had never rented a condo directly from an owner. I was apprehensive about sending a check to a person several hundred miles away. However, I have never had a better experience in securing lodging. Joann has a good system for transacting business and getting the keys to you in a timely fashion along with other helful information and tips.
You have all heard of the phrase in real estate, location-location-location. This is what you have on Emerald bay. The condos are located approximately 5-6 miles from the Branson area. In other words, they are not too close and and yet not too far from anything. They are situated just off by-pass Route 265 which gives you two travel options into Branson which is a real plus. In addition to this, they are located near Emerald Point which I think is one of the most beautiful views of the Lake.
All of Joann's condos at Emerald Bay are walk-ins with no stairs. This is great particularly if going up and down stairs is a problem. All her condos are tastefully decorated in outdoor themes that add a classy touch. There are many extras in the condos that will make your stay enjoyable. The only things you will need are your food and clothes.
Here are some of the things we like to do in Branson. I like to fish and my wife likes to shop. Can you imagine that? You can do both and in a big-time way. Table Rock is great place to fish but you need to know what you are doing. I have brought a boat before and have also used guides several times. It has excellent bass and panfish, and if you like trout fishing, Lake Taneycomo below Table Rock Dam has super Rainbow and Brown Trout fishing. With Joann's condos, there are boat slips available in a covered dock. There is also a marina adjacent to the condos.
If you like to play golf, you will be close to most of the courses in the area. Two are very close and there are several others only minutes away. And, the nice thing about your location, you can get to all them without runing into a lot of traffic.
You will also be close to eating spots which we think are very good. We love Top of the Rock, the new Keeter Center at College of the Ozarks, Fall Creek Steakhouse, Shorty Smalls and McGuffy's. Not as close, but an excellent place is McFarlain's Family Resturant. There are others too numerous to mention and remember you can always eat at the condo.
We just ended our 7th stay at Branson Discount Condos. Prior to this we stayed at seven different places ranging from Kimberling City to east of Lake Taneycomo. This has been the absolute best.

Joann, We sure enjoyed our stay at your Condo from October 5th - October 10th.
It was so nice to be so close to town, but far enough away to enjoy the quiet and the views. Your Condo has every amenity you can think of, and the way each room has it's own theme is really nice.
We look forward to our next visit and staying at your Condo. One show we would highly recommend is "Lost In The 50's" show at the Starlite Theater. What a great performance! And Silver Dollar City is a must see. Outback Branson is a fun place to eat, and the food is really good. |

The kids had a camp out in the living room floor and watched CD's until after 11:00 p.m. They said the green carpet was a grassy back yard. We all were soooooo comfortable. | Just wanted to let you know how wonderful your place in Branson Mo. is We have stayed there for four years now and have had a wonderful time each and every time. Your place is very pleasing and comfortable to stay. It is well worth the extra little drive to get there, but once you are there you will be pleased.Don't get me wrong it is not that much out of the way . I have been telling everyone in Washington just how wonderful it is . I hope that someday I have not told too many people so there is enough room for us to come back. We go down with sometimes 4 couples one time a year and just let our hair down it is my husband's only two days off a year .We can not say enough about the place it is GREAT all the way around.Thanks again for making it affordable to us all We will NOT go back to any thing but your place. |

I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in your condo. My sister has cancer and having a walkin was a lot easier for her.
We enjoyed the decor and the comfort of all the rooms. Everything was just like home.
We enjoyed the Branson Bell Dinner and Cruise and the Dixie Stampede. There was always something to do.
I will plan to stay in the condo again when we are in Branson.

We just got back to Mesa this evening and thought I'd send a note with the keys. My mother was so surprised when we walked into the condo and everyone was there! She was so happy that we cold all be together.We enjoyed our week together and had a good time at a few shows but most of all we enjoyed the condos, how comfortable they were and how nicely decorated and the beauty of Table Rock lake.~It worked out well all the way around and when we plan another get-together like this, we'll certainly keep Branson and your Emerald Bay condos in mind.
