| This a great place to stay for a summer vacation. The condo is great and the sights and activities are there for the entire family. I would highly recommend this property. |

We enjoyed the condo. It's a nice unit for the kids any
myself. We had plenty of room. It's a short walk down
to town. Four O'Clock run is right behind it. The kids
played over by the creek often. We would ski down to
the condo when we stay here in '08. We'll be back! |

| We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over Spring Break! Being from Colorado Springs and skiing Breckenridge all winter long, we definitely know what we are looking for when we rent. And this place has it all! For our family, with teenagers, adults, and even grandchildren, it's all about the ski-in/ski-out, which allows for the independence of our various age-level needs. The teens can ski all day, while we take the little ones home to take a nap (o.k., I napped, too). Quiet; Comfortable; Clean; All the comforts of home! We'll be back! |

| Ski in and an easy 2 minute walk to the lift. Easy walk to all of restaurants in town. Great location and the place is in great shape. Would definitely recommend. |

We had a great time on a girls weekend getaway at this condo! Perfect location, we walked to town to eat and shop...and skiied right to our door.
We will definitely be back, wonderful condo! |

| The condo was great and so was the snow! Everything was up to date, clean and tidy. And, a great location so close to the lift. And after the skiing, a little time spent in the spa was very relaxing. |

| The condo was clean, comfortable, convenient, and quiet. Ski in-ski out was good for 1 side of the mtn; shuttle to other side was just a short walk. Main St. was also a short walk. Market is just 3 min away by car. |

Great location. It was wonderful to walk 2 minutes to the lift and then ski all the way home at the end of the day! Also very nice to walk to Main Street for dinner. The accomodations were just what we needed for our group, plenty of space and the fireplace dried us out after a long wet day.

| When renting a condo off the internet and going off the limited pictures you never know what you are going to get. As soon as I walked in, I was very impressed with the condo. The lift was with in a very short walking distance from the lodge. There is also a ticket booth at the lift so there is no need to drive to the main base prior to getting on the lift. We were also able to ski right on down to the front steps of our lodge. Having something as simple as adding a humidifier in every room went a long way as us people from sea level have a difficult time in the mountain altitude. I think I almost passed out when first unloading all the baggage. I will definitley be using this place on future trips. Thank You! |

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your condo! It was
cozy, clean and enjoyed by all. The slopes were great
and it was so nice to see snow falling on Christmas
day. We never get snow here where we live so it was a
big treat for us. Again, we thank you and hope you all

Our family really enjoyed the condo and the skiing was great.
Breckenridge was fun and we ate dinner at Steak and Rib one night, it was
terrific. On Thursday we went to Keystone to ski, what a difference in
mountains.!!! Thanks again for your hospitality and the quick refund
of our security deposit. Please feel free to use me as a reference
for perspective renters anytime.

| We enjoyed the beautiful updates you have made to your condo, wow what a difference! The location is perfect to reach downtown Breckenridge by foot and you are within walking distance to the Riverwalk, many restaurants and shops. While we visited in the summer, our kids thoroughly enjoyed the creek running through the back of the complex and easy access to the mountain for beautiful hikes. Thanks again for letting us use your home! |
