We stayed for the International Boat Show (2009) and
had a wonderful time. We were walking distance to all
the fun but always felt we had a lovely private place to
return to. Robert was very helpful and a pleasure to
deal with, and we would certainly hope to return soon. |

| Great owner to deal with, Robert makes sure that you have everything you need. The unit is all redone, very spacious, well equipped and has great views. Its location is an easy walk to the art deco district. Facilities are very clean and well kept, secure parking is a bonus. I will stay here again anytime I'm in Miami. Great Place. Thanks |

| My husband and I stayed in this beautiful condo between Christmas and New Year 2008. The unit is even nicer than the photos indicate and contains everything you will need. The location is within walking distance of the Lincoln Road Mall, and the beach is literally outside the back door. The ocean view is lovely and can be seen from all of the floor-to-ceiling windows. The large balcony is a nice extra. The pool area is well maintained with plenty of chairs. An added bonus is the secured parking space--a must if you rent a car on South Beach. Robert is very pleasant to work with and aims to make your vacation as hassle free as possible. We plan to come back here in the future and have no hesitation in recommending this unit. |

| This place is for sure one of the best of all hotel and rentals I have ever stayed in! (we only stay in 4* or more.) This place gets a 5*. The location is superb, couldn't ask for better. The condo is designed beautifully, with the most amazing view! It is comfortable, clean and airy. The owner, Robert, is very professional and easy to deal with. We stayed for two weeks in July, and would have loved to move in. All future travels to Florida will include this Condo! Really lucky to have found this place, and have already recommended it to family and friends.. |

INCREDIBLE....is probaly the best way to describe this rental unit! We stayed down in South Beach for a week over Memorial Day weekend and could not have asked for a better place to stay. The location of this condo is superb! Within walking distance to all the hot spots of South Beach and only steps to the beach! Imagine waking up every morning with an ocean veiw out not one, not two, but three large windows!! Its amazing! The unit itself was very clean and welcoming! The decor is very cool art deco which fits right in the the South Beach feel.
I HIGHLYrecommend staying here if you are ever looking for a place in South Beach. Next time I vacation down there I can only hope that this place is available to rent! Robert, the owner is fantastic and very helpful if you need anything at all! |

| AMAZING! My fiance and I stayed at this loft in May and we're already renting it again at the end of this month! It is a gorgeous space - newly renovated and very spacious with incredible views of the beach and ocean. It's in a great location on Collins, walkable to any of the fabulous Miami Beach hotels - The Delano, Shore Club, National, and right next door the the new Gansevoort Hotel. We can't wait to go back, this is truly a great find! |
