| We had a great time staying at this property. The owner is very nice and the condo was clean and comfortable. It's a nice quiet area with quick access to the highway. We went to the white mountains, Portsmouth and Portland from here...all within 2 full days. We would recommend this property. |

| We stayed at this Condo for 5 days in early September of 2009. This property was very, very clean and is set up just like an RCI rental so everything you need is readily available. The property is one block off of the main boardwalk/ocean front which is great and allowing you some privacy yet great access to all of the action. The local residents at the complex were a wealth of information for restaurant suggestions and just general local information. The facility had a wonderful clean laundry facility. This unit is a wonderful location for day trips but great because of the local boardwalk and ocean. You will not go wrong renting this facility! |

All I can do is re-iterate the comments of Wendy from Sudbury and K&C from Ontario. It's all true. Close enough to be near everything...far enough away to avoid the maddening crowds.
The grandchildren (2+, 16 mo. and 9 mo.)all enjoyed. Well done Jim.

| This was the best hidden place in Hampton! A coffee shop in walking distance, the beach steps away, the pool was great! If you need a place to recharge I recommend this location, very cozy and everyone was so nice. We can't wait to go back.The kids had a blast too! |

| Great condo. Very clean and quiet. Everything you need is available. Very close to the beach. Jim was very easy to deal with. Neighbours are quiet and friendly. Parking is good. The pool looked great, unfortunately the weather was not in our favour. Hope to come back again. |

The home was spotless. It is apparent that the owner (Jim) takes great pride in his home. The unit is in a great location.
