I have only good things to say about our stay at this condo in May of 2009. I began to think about our vacation for this year and immediately searched for rates on this rental property! The atmosphere in the condo was warm and relaxing and had all the amenities we could've hoped for. The view off the balcony was spectacular! We had a great time searching for shells in the evening with our toddler, and really enjoyed swimming in both pools and playing on the beach. The condo is in an excellent location. The building was extremely clean and well-kept. There was absolutely no problem with noise, and the property was well supervised. The owners of this rental were helpful, friendly, and honest. I would highly recommend staying here with or without children.

It was nice to enjoy your well-equipped kitchen as we like to eat in as well as enjoy several good eateries. The weather was great except when Topical Storm Ida decided to pay us a visit. You really need more pillows ---Ha! (Note: These folks return every November)

We have just returned home from Orange Beach. Did not have a computer while we were there, and was having to much fun to call. We loved the condo. We had friends who stayed in condos at Tidewater, and our room was the best.
The location was great, even though it was cool.
I'm having beach withdrawal, hope to return next year.

We had a great week in your condo. The decor was wonderful, and it was very clean. My daughter enjoyed sleeping on the top bunk, and swimming in the pool
almost continually. I enjoyed coffee on the balcony every
morning, what a great view! The chairs on the balcony
and the king pillow top mattress were very comfortable.
I highly recommend this condo, you will not be disapointed. Stephanie

What a wonderful retreat! My wife and I had a wonderful time staying in this condo. It is very quiet, well maintained, and the owners are extremely pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice relaxing getaway.
Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Age 55+

We had a great time during our stay in Tidewater 303. The decor is tasteful and comfortable. The picture really doesn't do it justice.
All units of the Tidewater have a wonderful view of the Gulf from the balcony. The common areas of the property are well-maintained and the equipment in the exercise room has been recently upgraded. A notice posted on the property said that the spa and indoor pool would be closed for maintenance the week of 10-20-08.
The security on this property is excellent as well with a gated parking lot. Note: When entering the code to open the gate, press hard!
The owner is easy to work with and is very helpful.
This is a great place to stay. |

We had a wonderful time at the condo and the kids could not get enough of the beach and pool. The weather was perfect and the water cleared up beautifully by Tuesday morning. The jellyfish were thick until the third
day and then the just disappeared.

Kathy thank you--we had an absolute blast and the two kids willnever forget their first trip to the beach. NOTHING SHORT OF AN ACCIDENT COULD HAVE RUINED OUR VACATION.
