| The house was clean, comfortable and served our needs perfectly. It was fully equipped, everything worked and it was exactly as described. The neighborhood was very quiet, even on Halloween night! The surrounding area is very nice with hundrede of mature trees. The one thing I would suggest adding to the house is a full sized BBQ grill. |

| The Mandeville house is the best choice to stay when in Louisiana. The house was equipped with everything you would expect to have in your own home. We were minutes away from grocery stores, shopping malls, and attractions such as the French Quarter and downtown New Orleans. |

What a great house. Quiet neighborhood,
five minutes from old town mandeville
where we walked each evening along the
paved lake path. Easy access to New
Orleans.Really wonderful owners to deal
with and we definatly plan on returning
to try out the bike path. The bonus was
being allowed to take our small, crate
trained dog. He seemed to enjoy himself
too. |

| We had a very pleasant stay in the Mandeville house and hope to go back again when we return to the area. The house was clean, comfortable, spacious and in a nice neighborhood where we could walk at any hour. Very nice! |

We were in the Mandeville area to celebrate our son & wife's wedding reception. We needed a place to stay that provided kitchen/stove facilities in order for my wife to complete the last minute details that Mothers do.
When we walked inside of the Mandeville House, it was awesome. In the midst of a hectic schedule, we felt a sense of calm. The place was peacefully serene and inviting from the entrance to the tranquil outdoor deck/patio. The house is so comfortable that one quickly gets the feeling they are opening the front door to their very own home! We look forward to a less hectic visit. |

| We have stayed in this house two times now and love it! We had been staying in bed and breakfasts in the area and when I found this house we were thrilled. The owners are so easy to work with. I highly recommend this home or any of the others, we will never stay at a hotel or bed and breakfast again. Needless to say this is a very pleasurable experience. |

| The house was as good or better than advertised. It is well taken care of and every effort is made to make you feel welcome. This is much better than downtown New Orleans. There are great places to walk and the neighborhood is quite and safe. Thank you so much. We truly enjoyed our stay. |

| The Rental House was amazing! Every thing you could need, it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The Mores helped us greatly. We even stayed an additional day because we enjoyed it so much! I'm definitely planning on returning again. |

| The Mandeville home was lovely and in excellent condition when we arrived. The Morels were easy to communicate with and everything was handled professionally. Loved having the duck pond just a short drive away. If I were in the area again, I would not hesitate to stay here; easy commute to New Orleans. |

Wow! What a great place to stay! Clean, comfortable and convenient! The Morels were EXTREMELY helpful in every way and very nice to deal with to boot. Our family had a great time in Mandeville, and the house was a welcoming sight after some very busy days. The Dish Network was a big help in keeping the kids occupied at some crucial times.

Our family of five stayed very comfortably in your lovely home. It is a great location in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to all conveniences with easy access to highways. We really enjoyed the fireplace on the chilly February nights! We definitely would stay again-- or may check out some of the other properties you offer!!

| Very nice home in beautiful area, convenient location. Great open floor plan, nice back yard. Closet full of books, wifi and printer nice touches. Relatively clean, some things a little dusty (ex: nightstand in master br.) Would stay again. |

| We loved our stay at the Mandeville House in October when we came from Michigan to attend the Madisonville Wooden Boat Show. It was practically next door! The house was lovely and clean, and beautifully appointed. Having stayed with the Morel's before, we had no qualms about what we would find. | Lovely and comfortable house in Mandeville. The subdivision is as awesome as the house. My only wished is that we had brought bikes for our 11 & 13 year old kids to ride on the bike paths. Another fine note is that my deposit came back quickly. We completely enjoyed our stay and am excited about staying here again next year. |

| The Mandeville House was great! We stayed there with another couple with a toddler and it was perfect for him to run around outside in a safe quiet neighborhood. Just a few minutes to the interstate and shopping. It was very clean and all the supplies were fully stocked. I will surely stay there again! |
