Great Place! We stay a week in SC each year, Marcie's place is one of the nicest in town. Beautiful condo - great neighborhood - Short walk to the beach. Marcie you were wonderful to work with. Thanks for helping us with the memories!

| The beach house was amazing! The house its self is beautiful but the real jewel of the place is the surrounding environment in which it is smack dap in the middle of. San Clemente is a beautiful city and for three guys from Colorado there's nothing like being within walking distance of the beach and peer. The owners are amazing and fun and the neighbors are very friendly! Definitely an amazing place! |

| Wow! We had a great week! This place is so conveniently located to all the hot spots in town and to the freeways. It was also very clean. The owner's rep was helpful in every way. We felt like family. The condo is also charmingly decorated. Thank you so much! We will recommend it to all our friends and will definitely be back soon! |

My family and I have stayed in this condo many times
and love it. It is walking distance to the beach (steep
hill though) as well as to the pier. Cute restaurants by
the pier. San Clemente is a wonderful community and
perfect for vacation. The condo sleeps 6 comfortably. |
