| Eve and Wally have a wonderful home and we're grateful for the opportunity to spend a great week there. If ever there was a home away from home, this is it. Close enough to town to walk, but far enough to be quiet. Beautiful design throughout. A truly special place. |

We spent a week in July at Eve's home in Del Mar
and were very happy there. The house is fairly new,
beautifully designed and furnished. Five star
amenities abound. Many windows and doors.
Expansive living areas and kitchen. Gorgeous patio
with a view. Very centrally located in Del Mar,
which is great for families with kids. It is the
perfect home away from home! |

| The last time we were in Del Mar we stayed at the L'Auberge Del Mar. This year we stayed at Eve's lovely beach house. Eve's house was more luxurious and and much better value. The property sits 4 houses off the beach which makes it both peaceful and a 3 minute walk to the beach. The home is designer throughout. It was the perfect set up for our family of 5. While Del Mar is a beautiful city, I'd come back just to stay at Eve's. |

| My husband, daughter, and husband's parents rented Eve's place over Memorial Day weekend. Not only was it absolutely beautiful and impeccably furnished but it's proximity to the beach and town were wonderful. We enjoyed daily walks to the beach or town and relaxing in the beautiful atmosphere Eve has provided. Eve is an extremely gracious host and we look forward to being able to stay here again. |

| I stayed at the house 5 with other girlfirends for a weekend reunion and the whole place exceeded our expectations. The great room is wonderful for entertaining, cooking, and enjoying the views. The kitchen is top of the line. There is a wonderful indoor/outdoor feel with a great bbq and dining table on the patio. I would highly recommend this house and when I find myself back in San Diego I would love to stay there again. |

Eve's residence provides a terrific contemporary living space, particularly the open main floor plan which flows onto a most scenic patio and the well designed modern kitchen and bathrooms. The visual and walking proximity to the ocean and closeness to town highlight the appeal of this property's great location. We so look forward to the opportunity to be her guests again next year.

| My extended family of 7 stayed at Eve's house over Christmas and it was lovely. Everything about the house is luxurious, from the construction to the fixtures to the furnishings. We loved the ocean view and enjoyed both grilling out and cooking in the fabulous kitchen. Downtown Del Mar, with its shopping and restaurants, is only a short walk away, and the beach can be enjoyed from on top of the bluffs or up close with a quick climb down. The family room is great for relaxing with its spacious couch, high-def TV, and built-in speaker system. Eve was extremely courteous and returned our deposit promptly. I would highly recommend it! |

| This home met all of our expectations. Truely a beautiful home! Perfect for a family and/or friends. An Amazying view of the ocean from the large entertainers dream patio. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would choose to stay there on every visit possible. |

| Eve I think this is one of the coolest house we seen on vbro. woulds love to rent it for four weeks starting 7/19. Will take great care of it. Have a nine year jr. guard chomping at the bit to get back for another year.we will take immaculate care amd give the kid glove treatmet.Have never stayed that far fom the beach but would love to check it out this year. we are repeat customers out there and want to try them all.Please getus done!Regards,Tom. call me!
