This is our first winter visit to HHI and have made ourselves at
home in this Sea Side Villa. It's comfortable for the two of us. We're here
for February. The pictures of this villa and description of the condo are
accurate. It was clean upon arrival and I can't help but notice the daily
growns up keep. We enjoy the balcony. Our view is across the parking lot,
board walk and beyond the ocean. Two palmetto trees frame the balcony. The
kitchen is efficient and equipped. There is a scaled down frig, stove and dish
washer and a full size microwave. The washer and dryer are on the same floor down the hall. It's one dollar for the washer and .50 for a 60 minute dryer load. There is plenty of closet space for us. One
thing that surprised me was as you walk into the condo you are directly in the
bedroom. That gives me the incentive to make the bed everyday:) We take the
steps but the elevator is close by and we did us it when we arrived with our
luggage. The pool hasn't been used much but there are a few brave sunbathers
out. We did have unseasonably warm mid 70's temp Sunday. We brought our
bikes and there is a bike rack to park them. Coligny shopping is an easy walk.
We do allot of walking and biking. There are several grocery stores within
walking distance. Would I rent this condo again? Absolutely. |
