We had a wonderful weekend in the city and this
home was absolutely perfect for us. Tastefully
decorated and immaculately cleaned, with
thoughtful touches offered by
management....staples in the fridge, extra toiletries
in the pantry, books and magazines to read.
Location is perfect! In walking distance to all that
Old Town has to offer, without being burdened by
noise from the "main strip". And all for less than
the price of a hotel! Highly recommend! |

| We lived in Old Town for many years so it was nice to be in the city for the weekend and stay in our old neighborhood. Having a 2 bedroom townhouse for less than the price of a hotel room was perfect for us and our 2 babies! |

| We loved your well-appointed and fabulously located townhome! We were so comfortable there. It made all the difference to have this "home away from home" and we definitely lived well, slept well and played well in your great city. We will rent this place again on our next Chicago trip. |

| Nice townhome in a super location. Walked to Twin Anchors for ribs and to other Old Town restaraunts. It was a work trip, but this townhouse was perfect for two workers who need their own bedrooms. Owners were very cooperative when we called with questions about parking, Wi-fi, etc. |

| The townhome & location exceeded our expectations. Everything is within walking distance. Parking was easy – we usually parked in front of our building. Would love to keep the villa to ourselves, but can't stop bragging to our friends. We will be back. |

Your townhome surpassed our expectations! The location is perfect. We had no problem with parking – usually parked in front of building. We walked to most places or chose to drive and valet park instead of using taxis. This was a big savings as valet was usually no more than $15.00. We had a wonderful time and will be back.

| We followed Jeff and say ditto to his comments! The bathrooms are especially nice. We enjoyed walking the tree-lined neighborhood of beautiful homes.Easy access to Brown & Red Line EL stops (for Sox & Cubs games!). We go to Chicago every summer to visit family & enjoy exploring new neighborhoods.This was a nice retreat at the end of a long day. |

| As much as I want to keep this as my secret place to stay in Chicago, I'm going to do the right thing and say what a wonderful townhome this is -- modern, immaculate, roomy, more amenities than you would ever expect in a rental (a juicer?!) Nice quiet street, short walks to the shops/dining on Wells, Armitage, Halsted (.4 miles to Steppenwolf), North Ave. beach (best in Chicago, according the the Sun-Times), and convernient to Gold Coast/Mag Mile. Free on-street parking, which will save you $40-$50 per day compared to a hotel. Owners Melinda & Brian are great -- thanks for a wonderful stay! |

We had a great stay! We've been to Chicago countless times--staying in a downtown hotel on each visit--and this was by far the best accomadations we've had.
The condo is so close to downtown that we actually walked there one day during our stay. The best part of the condo is the ideal location. Old Town, Lincoln Park, Wrigleyville, and downtown are all within a short cab ride or El ride.
Whatever your tastes are, this condo is perfectly located to meet them. |

| Our stay in this townhouse was FANTASTIC! We had initially planned to stay downtown and are so glad we didn't. We did spend one day downtown, easily reached by the EL, but we spent two days in the wonderful area of Old Town and Lincoln Park...which we would never have discovered had we not stayed here. In addition, the townhouse itself was very, very comfortable. We shall return. |
