So glad we found you. We loved your condo. It was clean and had all the basic everyday things handy for us to use. We wanted for nothing. Great location close enough and not to far out from everything. We will definitely pass the word.
p.s. great reading material never know when a seed will be planted.

Larry & Joan,
Our family stayed at the Clemensons Condo for 3 days and it was very nice!
We moved over to the Hideaway for the rest of our vacation and it also was very nice, we enjoyed both very much!
We stopped at Lamberts and ate on our way to Branson...If you leave there hungry its your own fault!
We arrived at Clemensons on Sunday night and went to SDC on Tuesday, got rained out 1/2 day, went to the Dixie Stampede on Tuesday night and absolutely loved it! Wednesday we rode the "Ducks" later that evening we headed back to SDC with the kids and had a blast! (loved being so close to SDC we would not have gone back if we had not been that close). Thursday, we floated the James River all day, another good time! We did pack up and leave on Friday morning and took our time going home, stopped at PFI in Sprinfield Mo, and at the Lee Factory outlet in Lebanon MO.
Thanks so much for the hospitality the condos were great and we will recomend them to our friends! We loved having the kitchen (we only ate out 3 times) and the laundry room!

| We stayed in the Hideaway condo from July 19 -23, 2009 with our 4 children (ages 16, 14, 14 and 11)- it was wonderful, all the comfort and amenities of home, enough room for us all, and so peaceful! Will recommend to all our friends!!!! |

| Our family stayed at the Valley View Lodge for a week June 09. It was the best place we have ever stayed. IT was clean, the kids loved the toys and the view was outstanding. There was everything you could need in the comfort of a home. I really enjoyed all of the personal touches and photos. It was quiet and peaceful. We would love to stay again. |

| We stayed at the Ranch House for 3 days and 3 nights and we Loved it. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We had the best time in Branson, and can't wait to come back. We will definately stay at the Ranch Condo again. Thanks Larry and Joan for everything it was great!!! |

We had 2 units since our family is growing so fast. We had the Homestead and Oak Manor. The accomodations were great. Very clean and so well supplied with everything -- even coffee. I'd give them a 5 star rating!

We stayed in Valley View and it was wonderful. The decor matched our personalities to a T. The view was great. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We hated to leave. But we had to move on to Fort Leonard Wood for our son's graduation from basic training. If we ever get the chance to visit again, we hope to stay with ya'll.
Thanks for the homey visit. If you are ever in the Auburn, AL area look us up. We'd love to meet you and thank you in person.

| We spent a little over a week in the homestead condo. My wife and I have two boys. A 3yr old and a baby. We were pleasntly surprised to find a box of toys, a closet of games and a drawer of clean family videos to help entertain the boys. For a few of those days, my parents joined us. Four adults and two kids fit just fine because of the bunk beds in one room. The 3yr old loved the top bunk. The internet was strong in this unit and the kitchen well stocked. I would highly recomend this to any family. |

| We stayed in the Homestead July 3-10, and we did not want to go home! The condo was great, my favorite spot was the balcony, the kids on the other hand, loved the pools! The condo had everything we needed and more! We WILL be back again! Thanks Larry and Joan! |

We stood one week at "The Lodge", and loved every
minute of it! It was fully stocked with everything
you need, very clean, and decorated very cute. It
was very peaceful, and away from the hustle and
bustle of the town, but still conveniently located to
everything. We would recommend this condo to
anyone who is looking to vacation in Branson. |

| We just returned from two days at the Ranch House condo, and I must say, it was wonderful! Super clean, fun decor and all the comforts of home. It so nice to get away from the commericialism of Highway 76 and return at the end of a busy day to relax in such a comfortable, woodsy and quiet location. We will definitely plan to stay here again next time we are in Branson and recommend to all of our friends. |

My family and I stayed at this property from June
27th until July 4th. We had a great time. My
daughters loved the movies, games, books and
toys. We all loved eating out on the deck.
My girls enjoyed the pool and I liked the location
"outside" of town. It was quiet and less crowded.
We hope to return again soon. |

| We stayed at the Hacienda and the Homestead for one week. We had a wonderful experience because of all the homey touches-- from baby dolls for my daughter to play with and coffee for the adults to drink. We plan on making this an annual trip! The condos are the perfect distance from the Branson traffic but not too far out where you feel like you are driving forever to get to town. |

| We loved our stay in the Homestead in January!! Although it was freezing outside, there was plenty to do! My husband and older son went hiking, we played games in the condo *provided, we read stories *provided, and there was plenty of room to have company for supper!! Our 4 year old still talks about the condo with the tractor bed!! Thanks for a wonderful place to stay and for making it so family friendly!! We have recommended it and definitely plan to return at some point!! |

| My family & I had the best time at the condo. My father liked the condo sooo much that he didn't leave the whole weekend. I don't think thatis wise for anyone else, because there are so many things to do in Branson.We did love that the condo had everything that we needed. I have already told my friends about yur condo, I also know that I won't be staying anywhere else except at these condos. They are so beautiful. |

| I would like to thank you for the great week we had in The Hacienda during spring break. My wife and I and our three children thoroughly enjoyed the condo. It is sooo much better than staying in a hotel and you absolutely cannot beat the price. We had more than enough room for anything we wanted to do. Also, Silver Dollar City was only five minutes away will very little traffic. We will definitely contact you when we decide to vacation in Branson again. Thanks Larry and Joan! |

I was never more pleased with a rental property than this condo. Going through the internet is always taking a chance, but this time I really lucked out. The condo was in excellent condition, and even though we were there in February, the scenery was beautiful off the deck. Everything worked beautifully.
The distance from Branson was perfect. Just far enough away that you are out of the hustle and bustle of city life.
I would definitely rent this unit again and probably will next year, God willing.

I just wanted to thank you so much for the wonderful condo you rented to us (we were in the Lodge from 11/25 to 12/1). It was just perfect and we really appreciated it. We have passed along your information to a number of friends and relatives. It was so great having such a comfortable, homey place to stay while we were so far away from home. Our son is in the Teen Challenge boys adolescent program in Branson West (Teen Challenge Ozarks Boys Academy). We highly recommended it to other parents traveling in to visit their boys. We just returned from Branson last night after spending Friday and Saturday nights (11-28-08) at your condo, the Ranch House. It was absolutely wonderful and we thank you so much. I'm so pleased I found your website when I was planning a getaway weekend for ourselves, our youngest daughter and her family. When we pulled up in front and saw the welcoming entryway we were all smiles but when we turned the key in the door and stepped inside we knew we had ourselves a winning place to stay. We enjoyed every moment there and it was so much more pleasant than just a motel/hotel room somewhere. | Our family of 4 stayed here in august 2008, it was absoloutly wonderful!! We stayed a week. The swimming pools were great. Having a kitchen was great too! My kids loved having the extra toys & movies that were already there. |
