Pat and Alfonso are probably the best and most accommodating hosts I've come across! Their hospitality goes beyond words!
They were kind enough to drop/pick us at the airport and drive us to the nearby grocery store so we could pick up some food for our stay.
They pointed us in the right direction to whatever we wanted to do in Tortola and went out of their way to help!
The property is just FANTASTIC! It's quiet and right next to the beach! There is high speed internet and the bedrooms are soo clean and spacious! Even the bathrooms are spotless :) There is no other place I'd stay at if I visit Tortola again!! |

I don't even know where to start...Pat and Alfonso were great hosts who made sure you enjoyed your stay in the BVIs. The Guava Road villa was a great spot for the crew we had. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room to roam around and not be in each other's way. The villa itself was fantastic. Clean, quiet, plenty of amenities and the owners even made sure we had some stuff in the fridge for the first few days we were there.
You have easy access to the beaches, the Bomba Shack, restaurants...basically everything you need! I would definitely stay there again if I made my way back to the BVIs. Thanks for the great digs Pat and Alfonso! |

| Our stay at Guava Roads went above and beyond what we expected when we booked it. We were just looking for something cheap for the week. Well, not only was it cheap, it was beautiful, close to the beach, restaurants, bomba shack and Pat and Alphonso were the perfect hosts! They take great care of you, leave everything you could possibly need in the villa, including a stocked fridge of drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and snacks to get you through the first day or two til you can go shopping yourself. The pictures DO NOT do this place justice, and it is the perfect place to spend your vacation in paradise! I would 100% stay here again, there is no doubt about it. |

Dear Alphonso and Pat, Being at Guava Road is like our home away from home. The first time we stayed at your little tucked away paradise, we stayed for 6 weeks. We could not have been any more comfortable. You catered to our every need. The location was perfect. Wonderful restaurants just outside our door, beaches just a short walking distance or a short drive. Even an art studio on the other side of the yard. I actually took art lessons several times a week at the studio. Supplies are not far away. Each to access grocery stores. Our second stay at Guava Road was even more comfortable. We knew where every was. You always update the units and never let anything get warn out or old. The beaches are just spectacular on Tortolla. Not a better beach anywhere in the Caribbean. Oh, by the way, I think the couple on your web site are sitting at our table. |

We visited Tortola a half a dozen times before discovering Guava Road apartments. In fact, we were Guava's first tenants back at the change of the century. Since then we have been back three more times and will never consider staying any where else on this beautiful island. The accommodation's are spectacular, the village is lovely with some of the nicest people we have met in all our travels. The hosts, Pat and Alphonso always make us feel at home, and will leave you wanting nothing more than to stay longer. Cheers to Guava road, our home away from home! |

WOW, there is nothing like coming down Zion Hill to Guava Road after being greated by two of the most wonderful hosts on the island. Pat and Alfonso did not miss a beat with making us feel comfortable and welcome during our first, second, third, and now fourth trip to Guava Road. We have visited the island a dozen times, and all of our latest visits were at Guava Road- We'll never stay any place else on the island. Guava Road along with Pat, Alfonso and all the villagers are truly "Nature's Little Secrets"- A must do. |

| Alphonso & Pat are the perfect hosts and give every effort to making your stay enjoyable and easy! You'll be as sorry to leave them behind as you are the BVI. The accommodations are comfortable and large but cozy. Every small touch or extra has been thought of, especially tons of beach towels -- so useful with the beautiful beaches nearby. Be sure to see Long Bay's beach! |
