| What a delightful experience! We stayed at the cottage while attending the 2009 US Open at Bethpage Black. It took some time to get from Mattituck to the course but being from Montana we were accustomed to driving long distances and after having spent some time in the city we were very happy we chose to stay where we did. The owner was extremely pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The cottage was clean, quite, comfortable and exceeded our expectations in every way. Evenings we spent exploring and enjoying the company of the local inhabitants. We are looking forward to our next stay when the Open returns to Shinnecock Hills. |

We had a lovely time at this compact but well-equipped cottage. The screened in porch, outdoor shower and garden added to the experience. The owners were a pleasure to deal with as well.

| A lovely comfy cottage close to all!! The Adirondack style screen porch was wonderful..real country! Great lawn for playing with the grandkids! Best we can say is we hope to return next year. The owner was easy to deal with..Important to us since this was our first VRBO transaction. Great Place |

| My family of five stayed in this cottage in early June. The cottage was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable and a nice location. The cottage is small but cute and charming. We loved the screened in patio. It was excellent for hanging out in the evening and enjoying a bottle of wine. The owner is very helpful and accomodating. She provided very useful information regarding the area as well. We enjoyed our stay very much. |

| Great, clean cottage. Close to all transport. We enjoyed BBQing, sitting on the wonderful porch and reading in the hammock. The owner is very responsive and helpful with local tips. We had a wedding in Mattituck and the central location was great for all the different events. |
