| After all the Chateau's we visited,it was only fitting to stay in such a magnificent place like Chateau du Lac. It's tranquility and beauty is magnificent! Close your eyes and transcend time. |

Chateau Du Lac offers so many possibilities that my wife & children had such a wonderfull time, now they are asking for another visit!
The grounds are magical; long walks in the fenced gardens, ponds, flowers, trees all around makes it an enchanted place for kids & adults alike.
The kitchen was my favourite, whether saute'ing mushrooms from the town market, or simply displaying breads/patries from the bakery before a peacefull breakfast, I felt at home.
My wife & kids loved discovering the many rooms & sitting by the evening fire...so many memories, so much to write, better yet i promissed my family
WE WILL BE BACK!
I highly recommend Chateau Du Lac whether you want a family get away, a romantic visit to one of FRANCE's most scenic regions, or a large re union.

| Looking at the photos reminds of me my frequent stays at Chateau du Lac. My stays were wonderful, I love to cook and the kitchen is a complete delight and well stocked. Eating outside in the summer was magical. The grounds and house are beautiful and well maintained. The area is quiet but you are so close to many other activites if you so desire. I took many bike rides and walks, the town is charming. This is a great house to go with a group of friends or family. |

This is a wonderful region of France to visit and we
had a really tremendous time there among the
beautiful chateaux, villages, markets, vineyards and
restaurants. Steven and Veronica, through whom
we rented, made it also very special, looking after
every detail for us. Wonderful accommodation,
terrific atmosphere, like stepping back into a
