| We really enjoyed staying at your condo. It is very comfortable, well appointed and tastefully decorated. It was so nice to have easy access to the big, modern supermarket across the street as well as the other nearby shops and restaurants. The wi-fi internet was also very handy. We all really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it to anyone. |

| Karen, Thank you for the very positive experience I had while staying at your condo. You made sure that every detail was taken care of as the condo had everything I needed to be comfortable along with being beautifully decorated and was very clean. The location is great and I had easy access to everything from groceries to hiking trails, etc. I also enjoyed being able to see the Flatirons from the front window in the morning. The other nice suprise was the large swimming pool and hot tub that the complex had. I look forward to staying there again and will recommend it to my friends! |

We’d like to say thank you to the owners of this condo. The condo was very clean and had everything you need to live comfortable. The owners responded quickly to all our questions and were friendly. Will recommend this condo for everyone to wants to spent time in Boulder , especially for families with children.

| Thanks for the use of your Boulder home. It was perfect. It may sound odd but we especially appreciated the bed. It was so comfortable. My husband is a big guy with a bad back so we rarely find a great bed when we travel. |
